Best Google Ads Agencies in the US (2026): 8 Agencies Reviewed

The US is the biggest and one of the most competitive Google Ads markets: in many sectors clicks usually cost more than in most European markets, so a weak account loses money fast. This ranking is written for a company from the EU, the UK, the Nordics or Asia that wants to hire one of the Google Ads agencies in the US – to launch paid search for the American market, to scale Google Shopping or to run B2B search tied to pipeline. I am Adrian, an SEO consultant in Wrocław, and I research and write every ranking on this site myself. I kept 8 agencies, all incorporated and headquartered in the US.

If you only have a minute, these are the Google Ads agencies in the US I would shortlist as a foreign company, in the order I would contact them. Each is reviewed below, with its legal entity data on its company profile where I could find it.

  1. Disruptive Advertising – Utah paid-media agency with a Google Premier Partner badge and one of the largest PPC review bases.
  2. JumpFly – Long-running PPC specialist with Google Premier Partner and Microsoft Elite badges.
  3. HawkSEM – Search-first agency with published pricing models and a 2026 Google Premier Partner badge.
  4. KlientBoost – PPC-first performance agency with the largest Clutch review base in US paid media.
  5. Logical Position – Large PPC-led agency with Google Premier and Microsoft Elite badges and partner-of-the-year awards.
  6. Directive – B2B SaaS performance agency that ties paid search to pipeline.
  7. Tinuiti – Large performance marketing firm for search, Shopping and retail media.
  8. Wpromote – Large independent performance agency for enterprise paid search.

How I ranked the Google Ads agencies in the US

I ranked the Google Ads agencies in the US by quality first, fit for a foreign client second and price third:

  • PPC focus – agencies where paid search is the core business, such as Disruptive Advertising, JumpFly, HawkSEM and KlientBoost, rank above broader agencies.
  • Reviews – Clutch ratings and review counts. Several agencies here have hundreds of reviews; where there are too few to judge, as at Logical Position, Tinuiti and Wpromote, I say so and name the strongest other signal.
  • Partner badges – whether the agency shows a Google Partner or Google Premier Partner badge, and Microsoft Advertising status. I read these badges on the agencies’ own websites and did not cross-check them in Google’s Partners directory.
  • Pricing transparency – published fee models, such as HawkSEM’s, and the hourly rates and minimum projects listed on Clutch.
  • Registration and ownership – every agency is incorporated in a US state and headquartered in the US. The entity data on each profile comes from the business-entity record on the agency’s Clutch profile, which cites the state register, or from its privacy policy; I did not check the state registers myself.

I left out US offices of foreign agencies and agencies owned by holding-company networks headquartered abroad, and I preferred independent firms. Agencies that sell paid search as part of a broader programme also appear in my ranking of marketing agencies in the US.

The 8 best Google Ads agencies in the US, reviewed

Every Google Ads agency in the US below gets the same treatment: who they are, what clients say, the facts that matter when you hire, and my opinion on who should – and should not – work with them.

1. Disruptive Advertising

Utah paid-media agency with a Google Premier Partner badge and one of the largest PPC review bases

Disruptive Advertising is a performance agency in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Paid search is about half its work, with Google Ads making up 65% of its PPC according to Clutch, alongside paid social, Amazon, email and lifecycle marketing, CRO and creative. It shows a Google Premier Partner badge on its site, plus Meta, Microsoft Advertising and Amazon partner badges, which I did not cross-check in the directories. The agency reports more than $450M in annual ad spend managed and more than 160 employees. It publishes no prices, but its site says it uses no long-term contracts and offers a 90-day results guarantee to qualifying brands. Clutch gives 2011 as the founding year; the current entity was formed in 2013.

What clients say. Clutch: 4.8/5 from 373 reviews. Most reviewers praise communication, responsiveness and higher lead volume, ROAS or lower cost per lead. One 2024 e-commerce reviewer reported poor results and disputed termination fees, which the agency said followed the contract – so read the termination terms before you sign.

Facts: founded 2011 · Pleasant Grove, Utah · 50–249 people · $150–199/h · minimum project $5,000 · English.

My take: my first call for hands-on Google Ads management backed by one of the largest verified review records of any US PPC agency. Best for: lead-generation and e-commerce companies that want hands-on Google and Meta account management with transparent reporting. Not for: buyers who want brand strategy or creative production as the main deliverable.

2. JumpFly

Long-running PPC specialist with Google Premier Partner and Microsoft Elite badges

JumpFly is a pay-per-click management agency in Hoffman Estates, in the Chicago area, that has run paid search since 2003. PPC is 65% of its work according to Clutch, with SEO, paid social, Amazon Ads, email and CRO as secondary services. It shows Google Premier Partner, Microsoft Advertising Elite Partner, Meta Marketing Partner and Amazon Verified Partner badges on its site, which I did not cross-check in the directories. Prices are given on request, and its Clutch rate of $50–99 an hour is the lowest in this ranking. I did not verify its ownership.

What clients say. Clutch: 4.9/5 from 96 reviews, 91 of them verified, mostly from US SMEs and mid-market e-commerce firms. Reviewers praise communication, timeliness and project management; some want more proactive strategy on new platforms, and one negative review reports falling sales.

Facts: founded 2003 · Hoffman Estates, Illinois · 50–249 people · $50–99/h · minimum project $5,000 · English.

My take: the most affordable experienced Google and Microsoft Ads team on this list, with more than 20 years of PPC behind it. Best for: SMEs and mid-market e-commerce firms that want experienced, affordable Google and Microsoft Ads management. Not for: brands wanting creative-led paid social or integrated brand work.

3. HawkSEM

Search-first agency with published pricing models and a 2026 Google Premier Partner badge

HawkSEM is a Los Angeles search marketing agency with a largely remote team, where paid search is the core service – 50% PPC and 40% SEO according to Clutch, plus paid social, CRO and display. It shows a 2026 Google Premier Partner badge on its site, which links to Google Partners but which I did not check separately, and it names Microsoft Advertising and Meta Business Partner status. Unusually, it publishes its pricing models: a percentage of ad spend, typically 10–30%, a flat fee or a performance-based fee. The agency reports a 60% lower conversion cost for Verizon and 11x ROAS on Microsoft Ads for Teak HQ. The legal entity behind the brand is Crenovate, Inc.

What clients say. Clutch: 4.9/5 from 39 reviews, 38 of them verified, from US clients such as AdventHealth, Agora and Brightspot. Reviewers praise timeliness, knowledge and proactivity.

Facts: founded 2006 · Los Angeles · 50–249 people · $100–149/h · minimum project $1,000 · English.

My take: my pick for a mid-market company that wants senior PPC managers and wants to know in advance how the fee is calculated. Best for: mid-market B2B and e-commerce firms that want senior PPC managers with transparent pricing. Not for: brands wanting creative production or social-first campaigns.

4. KlientBoost

PPC-first performance agency with the largest Clutch review base in US paid media

KlientBoost is a performance agency centred on paid search and paid social – about 60% PPC, according to Clutch – with CRO, landing pages, SEO and email, plus its own planning software, Kite. Its site links to a Google Partners profile, without stating the Premier tier, and to Meta and Microsoft Advertising partner-directory listings, which I did not open myself. Its site now lists offices in Santa Monica, Raleigh and London, while Clutch still gives Costa Mesa as its headquarters. Pricing is not on its homepage, but an illustrative “Growth Grid” shows $3,000–7,500 a month per initiative. The agency claims an average 63% increase in client ROI within three months.

What clients say. Clutch: 4.9/5 from 406 reviews (387 of them verified). Reviewers praise responsiveness, on-time delivery and data-driven gains in PPC and conversion rates. Some say creative support – design and ad content – could be stronger.

Facts: founded 2015 · Costa Mesa, California · 50–249 people · $100–149/h · minimum project $1,000 · English.

My take: the specialist I would hire to launch US paid search quickly, with landing-page testing built in and a low entry point. Best for: B2B and B2C companies launching US paid acquisition on Google, Meta and LinkedIn that want fast testing and CRO on a moderate budget. Not for: brand, creative-led or offline media campaigns.

5. Logical Position

Large PPC-led agency with Google Premier and Microsoft Elite badges and partner-of-the-year awards

Logical Position, now branded LP, is a large paid search agency headquartered in Lake Oswego, Oregon, with a second office in Palatine, Illinois. It runs PPC, Shopping, paid social and Amazon for SMEs and mid-market retailers, and says it serves more than 7,000 businesses and has managed more than $3B in ad spend. Its site shows Google Premier Partner 2026, Microsoft Advertising Elite Partner 2026 and Meta Business Partner badges and cites two Google Premier Partner of the Year and two Microsoft Global Partner of the Year awards; I did not cross-check these in the directories. Its site names no legal entity and I did not check the Oregon register, so the legal data stay open, and I did not verify its ownership.

What clients say. There are no usable reviews: its Clutch profile has only two reviews, too few to judge. The strongest signals are its scale, its partner awards and clients such as Steinway & Sons, SMEG, BlendJet, Door County Coffee and Beaba.

Facts: founded 2010 · Lake Oswego, Oregon · 250–999 people · $100–149/h · minimum project $1,000 · English.

My take: a scale-tested option for an online retailer that wants Google Shopping and Microsoft Ads run by a large, process-driven team. Best for: SMEs and mid-market e-commerce brands that want scale-tested Google Shopping and Microsoft Ads management. Not for: enterprise brands needing bespoke strategy from senior partners, and buyers who want a boutique.

6. Directive

B2B SaaS performance agency that ties paid search to pipeline

Directive is a B2B performance agency headquartered in Irvine, California, with Austin and a satellite office in Toronto listed on Clutch. It runs paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO, content and demand generation, tied to pipeline and revenue metrics, and its Clutch profile mentions more than 150 remote strategists. I did not check its Google partner status, and Clutch lists no rates or minimum. Clutch’s business-entity record lists Directive Consulting as a California entity whose number points to a corporation, but the suffix is not shown, so I left the legal form open.

What clients say. Clutch: 4.8/5 from 56 reviews. Reviewers praise expertise, proactive communication and project management, and report gains in leads and conversions. A few mention disruption when their account team changed.

Facts: founded 2013 · Irvine, California · 50–249 people · English.

My take: the agency I would brief for B2B SaaS paid search that is judged on pipeline, not clicks. Best for: B2B SaaS companies entering the US that need pipeline-focused paid search and demand generation. Not for: B2C, retail or local businesses.

7. Tinuiti

Large performance marketing firm for search, Shopping and retail media

Tinuiti is a New York-headquartered performance marketing firm that grew through mergers – its privacy notice names the affiliates Bliss Point Media, Ampush, Insider Envy and Prospect Point Media. Next to paid search and Shopping it is especially strong in Amazon and retail-media advertising, paid social and connected TV, and its clients are mostly enterprise and upper mid-market. I did not check its Google partner status. The privacy notice names Tinuiti, Inc., with a contact address in Philadelphia; I could not confirm the state of incorporation. Tinuiti is widely reported to be owned by private equity, which I have not verified.

What clients say. There are no usable reviews: its Clutch profile has a single review, which refers to its predecessor Elite SEM. The strongest signal is its scale in search, Shopping and retail media, where few agencies match it.

Facts: founded 2004 · New York · 1,000–9,999 people · $100–149/h · minimum project $10,000 · English.

My take: the one to call when Google search and Shopping have to work together with Amazon and retail media at enterprise scale. Best for: enterprise consumer brands that need Google, Amazon and retail-media search at scale in the US. Not for: small companies, and buyers who want a boutique.

8. Wpromote

Large independent performance agency for enterprise paid search

Wpromote is an El Segundo-based performance agency founded in 2001. It runs paid search, SEO, paid social, content and creative for large brands – Clutch lists 90% of its clients as enterprise – and it is one of the largest US performance agencies outside the holding-company networks. I did not check its Google partner status. Outside private-equity investment has been reported in the press, which I did not verify, and I could not confirm its legal entity: its privacy policy did not load and Clutch has no entity record.

What clients say. Clutch: 4.7/5 from 3 reviews. The three reviews praise transparent reporting, scalability and CPC reductions of 40–60%; one notes that early team transitions could have been smoother. Three reviews is too few to judge, so its enterprise focus and long track record carry more weight.

Facts: founded 2001 · El Segundo, California · 250–999 people · minimum project $250,000 · English.

My take: the independent alternative to a holding-company agency for an enterprise with a large US search budget. Best for: enterprise brands with large US media budgets that want an independent alternative to holding-company agencies. Not for: anyone below the $250,000 minimum listed on Clutch.

Quality, specialisation and what Google Ads agencies in the US charge

Most Google Ads agencies in the US in this ranking list $100–149 an hour on Clutch – HawkSEM, KlientBoost, Logical Position and Tinuiti – while JumpFly lists $50–99 and Disruptive Advertising $150–199. Minimums run from $1,000 (HawkSEM, KlientBoost, Logical Position) through $5,000 (Disruptive Advertising, JumpFly) and $10,000 (Tinuiti) to $250,000 at Wpromote. HawkSEM is the only one that publishes its fee models: typically 10–30% of ad spend, a flat fee or a performance-based fee. KlientBoost shows an illustrative $3,000–7,500 a month per initiative. In general, US PPC agencies charge a percentage of ad spend, often with a monthly minimum, a flat monthly fee or a hybrid, and the ad budget is paid on top, normally straight to Google from your own account. Ask for the fee model in writing, and check whether set-up, landing pages and tracking work are extra. If cost matters most, see the same list for Poland, where rates are lower.

The main choice is between PPC specialists with large review bases (Disruptive Advertising, JumpFly, HawkSEM, KlientBoost), a high-volume Shopping and Microsoft Ads operation (Logical Position), a B2B pipeline specialist (Directive) and enterprise firms with large minimums (Tinuiti, Wpromote).

How to choose a Google Ads agency in the US

Choosing a Google Ads agency in the US from abroad comes down to a few practical checks:

  • Your budget against the minimum – US click prices are high, so ask the agency what monthly ad spend it needs to test properly, and compare that with its own minimum fee.
  • What a badge means – a Google Partner badge means the agency meets Google’s thresholds for spend, certified staff and account performance; Premier Partner is the top tier, given to roughly the top 3% of partner agencies in a country each year. Check the current status in Google’s Partners directory and ask for case studies in your sector.
  • Who owns the account – the Google Ads account, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Merchant Center and all conversion tracking should be registered to your company, with the agency given access. If you part ways, your campaign history and conversion data stay with you. Put this in the contract.
  • Contract terms – read the minimum term and termination clauses; Disruptive Advertising says it uses no long-term contracts, but one of its reviewers disputed termination fees. Contracts are governed by the law of a US state.
  • Time zones – agencies work between Eastern and Pacific time, so from Europe a Chicago agency such as JumpFly overlaps your late afternoon, while a California agency starts work as your day ends.

Also check the paperwork when you hire a Google Ads agency in the US. Take the legal name from the contract and look it up in the free Secretary of State business search of the state where it was formed to confirm that it is active; private US companies publish no accounts, so ask for client references instead. The US has no VAT, and state sales tax rarely applies to B2B services sold to a company abroad, so expect invoices in US dollars; an EU business may still need to account for VAT at home under the reverse charge. This is not legal or tax advice.

The questions foreign companies ask most before hiring Google Ads agencies in the US.

Are the Google Premier Partner badges of these agencies verified?

No, I did not verify the Google Premier Partner badges of these agencies in Google’s own Partners directory – I read them on the agencies’ websites. Disruptive Advertising, JumpFly, HawkSEM and Logical Position show a Premier badge; KlientBoost links to a Google Partners profile without stating the tier, and I did not check Directive, Tinuiti or Wpromote.

How much do Google Ads agencies in the US charge?

Google Ads agencies in the US charge $50–199 an hour where they list a rate on Clutch, with minimums from $1,000 to $250,000. HawkSEM publishes a typical fee of 10–30% of ad spend, a flat fee or a performance-based fee, and the ad budget is always paid on top.

Is there a Google Ads agency in the US for a small budget?

Yes, there are Google Ads agencies in the US that work with small budgets: HawkSEM, KlientBoost and Logical Position list a $1,000 minimum on Clutch, and JumpFly has the lowest hourly rate in this ranking. Remember that US click prices also need a realistic ad budget.

Should I own the Google Ads account when I hire a Google Ads agency in the US?

Yes, you should own the Google Ads account when you hire a Google Ads agency in the US, together with Analytics, Tag Manager, Merchant Center and the conversion data. Give the agency access rather than letting it run your ads from an account in its own name.

My verdict: which Google Ads agency in the US to hire

The right Google Ads agency in the US depends on your budget and model. For hands-on Google Ads with a huge review record, hire Disruptive Advertising. For experienced PPC management at the lowest rate, hire JumpFly. For senior PPC managers with a published fee model, hire HawkSEM. For fast testing with landing pages, hire KlientBoost. For B2B SaaS pipeline, hire Directive. For enterprise search plus retail media, talk to Tinuiti or Wpromote.

Whichever Google Ads agency in the US you choose, keep the ad accounts, tag and conversion data in your own name and agree the fee model, the currency, the governing law and the notice period before the first campaign goes live.
