Best Google Ads Agencies in Switzerland (2026): 10 Agencies Reviewed

Switzerland has three main language regions, very high click prices and buyers who expect ads and landing pages in their own language, so a Google Ads account that works at home rarely transfers one to one. This ranking is written for a company from the US, the UK, the EU or the Nordics that wants to hire Google Ads agencies in Switzerland for Search, Shopping, Performance Max or YouTube – in German-speaking Switzerland around Zürich, Bern and Lucerne, or in French-speaking Romandie. I kept 10 agencies, all registered in a Swiss commercial register, and looked up each one’s UID number and officers.

If you only have a minute, these are the Google Ads agencies in Switzerland I would shortlist as a foreign company, in the order I would contact them. Each is reviewed below, with its registry data on its company profile.

  1. Webrepublic – Independent Swiss performance agency that grew out of paid search.
  2. Meili & Hess – Owner-run Zürich search boutique – Google Ads, SEO and GEO only.
  3. xeit – Zürich search and social-ads agency with Google Premier, Microsoft and Meta partner badges.
  4. BlueGlass – Zürich search agency of the Swiss Farner group, now including the Google Ads specialist SEMSEA.
  5. Standout – Lucerne Google Premier Partner that sells fixed-price projects.
  6. NK Media – Owner-managed Zürich paid-media agency on a fixed retainer with no media kickbacks.
  7. Geekworkers – Google Ads in French for SMEs in Romandie, with landing pages and sites.
  8. Fire8 – Google Partner for Google Ads, Ad Grants and Microsoft Ads with SEO.
  9. Uniplex – Zürich-area Google Ads and success-based SEO for SMEs.
  10. ads&figures – Bern performance agency built around search engine advertising.

How I ranked the Google Ads agencies in Switzerland

I ranked the Google Ads agencies in Switzerland by specialisation and track record first, fit for a foreign client second and price third:

  • Specialisation – a team whose core business is paid search ranks above a full-service agency with a PPC tab. Meili & Hess, Standout and NK Media are specialists; Webrepublic and BlueGlass are larger agencies with deep search teams.
  • Google badges – Google Partner or Premier Partner status and Microsoft Advertising partner badges. I read these on the agencies’ own sites or in trade press; I could not cross-check them in Google’s Partners directory, so treat them as the agencies’ own claims.
  • Track record – named clients, case studies and years on the market. Where an agency publishes results, I quote them only as the agency reports them.
  • Reviews – only Fire8 has a Clutch review, and just one, so I say clearly where there is no usable review data and which signal I used instead.
  • Registration – every agency is registered and headquartered in Switzerland. I read each UID number and the officers from Moneyhouse, which republishes the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce (SHAB), or from the official UID register. Swiss private companies do not publish their accounts, so there are no revenue figures here.

I left out Swiss offices of foreign agencies and networks – for example the Zürich office of the Vienna-based e-dialog – as well as freelancers without a company. BlueGlass belongs to the Swiss Farner group, which keeps it in the list.

The 10 best Google Ads agencies in Switzerland, reviewed

Every Google Ads agency in Switzerland below gets the same treatment: who they are, what clients say, the facts that matter when you hire, and my opinion on who should – and should not – work with them.

1. Webrepublic

Independent Swiss performance agency that grew out of paid search

Webrepublic is a founder-led Zürich agency with a registered branch in Lausanne and one of the largest independent performance and media agencies in Switzerland. It started in paid search, and Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube now sit inside a wider offer of media planning, marketing automation, data and creative. Its own press releases say it is a certified Google Premier Partner and the first Swiss agency to win a Google Premier Partner Award, in 2021, which the trade title Netzwoche also reported; the current homepage shows no badge. It is a full-service agency rather than a pure PPC shop. Its website is in German and English; French service is my assumption from the Lausanne branch.

What clients say. I found no Clutch profile, so there are no usable reviews. Its 2021 Google Premier Partner Award, according to its own press pages and trade press, and work for Migros Bank, SWICA and AMAG are the signals I would rely on.

Facts: founded 2009 · Zürich · German, English, French.

My take: my first call for a mid-size or large brand that wants Google Ads run together with media, data and measurement by one Swiss independent. Best for: large and mid-size Swiss brands that want Google Ads planned with media, data and measurement. Not for: small budgets or a narrow single-channel PPC setup.

2. Meili & Hess

Owner-run Zürich search boutique – Google Ads, SEO and GEO only

Meili & Hess is a small Zürich search-marketing boutique founded in 2016 by Yves Meili and Daniel Hess, who still own and manage it. It deliberately limits itself to three disciplines – Google Ads, SEO and GEO/LLM optimisation – so the people who sell the work also run the accounts. It shows a Google Premier Partner badge on its site and says it earned the status again in 2026. The website gives no UID number; I matched it to Meili & Hess GmbH by name and address.

What clients say. Its Clutch profile has no reviews yet, so there are no usable reviews. Named clients – LUMA, the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons (FHGR), WEKA Schweiz and the long-standing client Jeans.ch – and the Premier Partner badge are the signals.

Facts: founded 2016 · Zürich · 2–9 people · $150–199/h · minimum project $1,000 · German.

My take: my pick for an SME or online shop that wants senior, hands-on Google Ads management from a specialist rather than a large agency. Best for: Swiss SMEs and e-commerce shops that want senior, hands-on Google Ads management. Not for: buyers who need paid social, creative production or large multi-country campaigns.

3. xeit

Zürich search and social-ads agency with Google Premier, Microsoft and Meta partner badges

xeit is a Zürich online-marketing agency active since 2009 with, by its own account, more than 25 people. Its homepage shows Google Premier Partner, Microsoft Advertising Partner and Meta Business Partner badges, and its paid-search offer covers Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and YouTube, with social ads, conversion optimisation and marketing automation alongside content and websites. The company was converted from a GmbH into xeit AG in 2023; the website still uses both names.

What clients say. I found no Clutch profile, so there are no usable reviews. Its three partner badges and a reference list of Swiss SMEs, cantonal banks, insurers and associations – Mövenpick Wein, Schwyzer Kantonalbank, SWICA, Pro Senectute, Bio Suisse and ABB among them – are the signals.

Facts: founded 2009 · Zürich · 25+ people · German.

My take: a strong choice if you want Google Ads and Microsoft Ads from one certified, mid-sized Zürich team, with social ads available from the same people. Best for: Swiss SMEs and associations that want Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and social ads from one certified team. Not for: international brands that need campaigns in French, Italian or many foreign markets.

4. BlueGlass

Zürich search agency of the Swiss Farner group, now including the Google Ads specialist SEMSEA

BlueGlass is a Zürich search agency that brands itself “BlueGlass | Team Farner”: it belongs to the Swiss Farner communications group, and in 2026 it absorbed its sister company SEMSEA Suchmaschinenmarketing AG, a Google Ads specialist since 2010. According to m-q.ch, Google named SEMSEA its best-performing partner agency in the D-A-CH region in 2016, and third-party listings describe it as a Google Premier Partner; I could not confirm the current status of the merged company. The combined team of about 45 people covers Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Video), programmatic, SEO/GEO and analytics. The website is in German only.

What clients say. I found no Clutch profile, so there are no usable reviews. Its client list – Mobility, KPT, ewz, Skyguide, Medela, Viseca, Hirslanden, Sunrise, SBB and Sonova – is one of the strongest in this ranking and is the signal I would use.

Facts: founded 2007 · Zürich · about 45 people · German.

My take: the agency I would brief for a large Swiss brand that wants Google Ads and SEO from one senior search team. Best for: mid-size and large Swiss brands that want Google Ads and SEO from one senior search team. Not for: very small budgets or a cheap, standardised PPC package.

5. Standout

Lucerne Google Premier Partner that sells fixed-price projects

Standout is a Lucerne online-marketing agency that leads with Google Ads. Its homepage shows Google Premier Partner status – “among the most successful 3%” of Google Ads agencies, in its words – and a quote from Meta as a Meta Business Partner, and it reports more than 250 clients over 12 years. Unusually, it sells fixed-price projects rather than open-ended retainers, normally offering three budget options after a free first consultation. The registry lists Martin Kost as sole shareholder; the GmbH dates from 2015, while a third-party list gives 2012, probably for an earlier sole proprietorship.

What clients say. I found no Clutch profile. A Google widget on the agency’s own site shows a rating I have not checked on Google itself, so I did not use it. The Premier Partner badge is the firmer signal.

Facts: founded 2015 · Lucerne · German.

My take: a solid choice for an SME or online shop that wants certified Google Ads management at a fixed, predictable price. Best for: Swiss SMEs and e-commerce firms that want certified Google Ads management at a fixed price. Not for: brands that need French or Italian campaigns or large international media buying.

6. NK Media

Owner-managed Zürich paid-media agency on a fixed retainer with no media kickbacks

NK Media is a Zürich performance agency founded in 2021 and converted into an AG in 2026. It works only on paid channels – Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads – and adds marketing-mix modelling to judge the channel mix, plus an embedded “Delta Team” model for in-house departments. It charges a fixed retainer and says it takes no media kickbacks, and it offers a second opinion on an existing account within 48 hours. Its homepage shows no partner badges. Trade press reported an expansion to Austria; a new board member joined in September 2026 and the ownership is not public.

What clients say. I found no Clutch profile, so there are no usable reviews. Case studies for Speedo, Schaffner, Hoval and Shipster are the signal.

Facts: founded 2021 · Zürich · German.

My take: the agency I would ask for a second opinion on an existing account, or to run Google and social ads together on a transparent retainer. Best for: Swiss and international brands that want Google and social ads from one paid-media team on a transparent retainer. Not for: buyers who want SEO, web development or classic advertising creative.

7. Geekworkers

Google Ads in French for SMEs in Romandie, with landing pages and sites

Geekworkers is a Lausanne agency that serves SMEs in Vaud, Geneva, Fribourg and Neuchâtel with Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn ads, SEO and conversion-focused WordPress sites. It shows a Google Partner 2026 badge on its site and claims more than 300 clients, mostly in French-speaking Switzerland. The site mentions more than seven years of activity, longer than the Sàrl registered in 2021. It is the only agency in this ranking based in Romandie.

What clients say. I found no Clutch profile, so there are no usable reviews; the site shows a rating without a source, which I did not use. Its Google Partner badge is the strongest signal.

Facts: founded 2021 · Lausanne · 25+ people · French, English.

My take: my pick for an SME that wants Google Ads in French for Romandie, with a landing page or site from the same team. Best for: SMEs in French-speaking Switzerland that want Google Ads in French plus a landing page or site. Not for: large brands that need multi-country media buying or a deep analytics team.

8. Fire8

Google Partner for Google Ads, Ad Grants and Microsoft Ads with SEO

Fire8 is an online-marketing agency registered in Wollerau in the canton of Schwyz, with an office in Zürich. It manages Google Ads – including Google Ad Grants for non-profits – and Microsoft Advertising, plus social and programmatic ads, SEO/GEO and analytics. It shows Google Partner and Microsoft Advertising partner badges on its site. The operating company FIREGROUP GmbH dates from 2003 and belongs to FIREGROUP HOLDING AG; the Fire8 brand may be newer.

What clients say. Clutch: 5.0/5 from 1 reviews – a single review, so not a usable sample. Named clients such as Schweizer Jugendherbergen, Bugatti, Moneyland and Museumspass are the stronger signal.

Facts: founded 2003 · Wollerau / Zürich · 10–49 people · $150–199/h · minimum project $1,000 · German.

My take: a good fit for a non-profit that wants help with Google Ad Grants, or an SME that wants Google and Microsoft Ads handled with SEO. Best for: SMEs and non-profits that want Google Ads, Ad Grants and Microsoft Ads handled with SEO. Not for: buyers who need French or Italian campaigns in-house.

9. Uniplex

Zürich-area Google Ads and success-based SEO for SMEs

Uniplex is an online-performance agency in Dübendorf near Zürich whose two main services are Google Ads management and SEO sold on a success-based model. It shows Google Partner badges on its site and adds conversion optimisation, AI/GEO optimisation and free online calculators for revenue and customer value. The website footer still says Uniplex GmbH, but the registry shows Uniplex AG, formerly Uniplex GmbH.

What clients say. I found no Clutch profile, so there are no usable reviews; the site shows a rating whose source is unclear, so I did not use it. Named clients such as Swiss Prime Site, Best Umzug and Lüscher Umzug are the signal.

Facts: founded 2007 · Dübendorf (Zürich) · German.

My take: worth a call for an SME that wants Google Ads and performance-based SEO from one small team – ask how “success” is defined in the contract. Best for: Swiss SMEs that want Google Ads plus performance-based SEO from one small team. Not for: brands that need paid social, multilingual or enterprise-scale campaigns.

10. ads&figures

Bern performance agency built around search engine advertising

ads&figures is a Bern digital agency whose core is search engine advertising, with performance marketing and media planning added. According to Swiss trade press (markt-kom and Horizont), it is a Google Premier Partner and handles search advertising for PwC Switzerland and Subaru Switzerland and performance marketing for Foundera. Its website could not be read for this ranking, so I have not verified its services, badge or team size myself. The business runs in an older company registered in 1990 under earlier names (BWU Informatik AG, Growthspiration AG).

What clients say. I found no Clutch profile, so there are no usable reviews. The trade-press reports of its Premier Partner status and its PwC and Subaru mandates are the signal, which is why it sits last here with a lower-confidence flag.

Facts: Bern · German.

My take: worth a call for a B2B or consumer brand in the Bern region that wants a focused search-advertising team – check the details in the first meeting. Best for: Swiss B2B and consumer brands in the Bern region that want a focused search-advertising team. Not for: buyers who need a large in-house creative or social team.

Quality, specialisation and what Google Ads agencies in Switzerland charge

Most Google Ads agencies in Switzerland do not publish prices. As a general market observation, Swiss agency fees are among the highest in Europe and are usually quoted in Swiss francs (CHF). Clutch lists hourly rates of $150–199 for Meili & Hess and Fire8; the others give no rates.

Three pricing models are common, and it is worth asking which one you are being offered:

  • Percentage of ad spend – the fee rises with the budget, which is simple but rewards spending more rather than spending better.
  • Flat monthly fee or retainer – NK Media works on a fixed retainer and says it takes no media kickbacks.
  • Fixed-price projects – Standout sells fixed-price projects with three budget options instead of an open-ended retainer.

None of the ten publishes a minimum ad spend, so ask for it in the first call. On the badges: a Google Partner badge means that Google has accepted the agency into its partner programme, which sets requirements on account performance, spend and certified staff; Premier Partner is the higher tier that Google awards each year to roughly the top 3% of partner agencies in a country. A badge is a useful filter, not proof that your account will be run well – look at the people who will actually work on it.

How to choose a Google Ads agency in Switzerland

Choosing a Google Ads agency in Switzerland starts with the language region you want to reach:

  • German-speaking Switzerland – the largest market, around Zürich, Basel, Bern and Lucerne. Ads and landing pages need Swiss Standard German, which for example writes “ss” instead of “ß”; copy from Germany looks foreign.
  • French-speaking Switzerland (Romandie) – Geneva, Lausanne and Vaud. Geekworkers works here; Webrepublic has a Lausanne branch. Most other agencies in this list work in German.
  • Italian-speaking Switzerland (Ticino) – small and separate. None of the agencies here is based in Ticino, so ask who would write your Italian ads.
  • Account ownership – the Google Ads account, Merchant Center, Google Analytics, Tag Manager and all conversion data should be in your name, with the agency invited as a user or manager. If the agency leaves, the history stays with you. Agree this in writing before the first campaign.
  • Currency and billing – Google normally bills ad spend directly to the account owner, and the currency of a Google Ads account cannot be changed once it is set, so decide between CHF and your home currency at the start.
  • Tracking and consent – Switzerland has its own data protection law, the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, in force since September 2023). Ask how the agency handles consent and conversion tracking for Swiss users. This is not legal advice.

Also check the paperwork when you hire a Google Ads agency in Switzerland. Switzerland is not in the EU, so the EU VAT reverse charge does not apply; in most cases a Swiss agency does not charge Swiss VAT on its fee to a business abroad, but ad spend re-invoiced by the agency may be treated differently, so confirm with your adviser – this is not tax advice. Swiss VAT numbers are not in VIES; check a company and its VAT status in the UID register (uid.admin.ch) and its entry on Zefix. Switzerland is on Central European Time (CET). For comparison, here is the same list for Poland, where rates are lower, and if you need a broader partner, see my ranking of marketing agencies in Switzerland.

The questions foreign companies ask most before hiring Google Ads agencies in Switzerland.

Do Google Ads agencies in Switzerland work in English?

Yes, many Google Ads agencies in Switzerland can work in English, but most in this ranking present themselves mainly in German. Webrepublic and Geekworkers have English on their websites; with the others, confirm the working language and who writes your ad copy before you sign.

Is a Google Premier Partner badge a guarantee of good work?

No, a Premier Partner badge is not a guarantee. It shows that the agency is among the top partner agencies in Google’s programme by its criteria, which include spend and growth, but it says nothing about the person who will run your account.

How much do Google Ads agencies in Switzerland charge?

Google Ads agencies in Switzerland charge some of the highest fees in Europe, usually in CHF, and most do not publish prices. Expect a percentage of ad spend, a flat monthly fee or a fixed-price project, and ask for the minimum ad spend the agency accepts.

Should I own the Google Ads account if an agency runs it?

Yes, you should own the Google Ads account, the Analytics property and the conversion data, and give the agency access. That way you keep the account history and can switch agencies without starting from zero.

My verdict: which Google Ads agency in Switzerland to hire

Choosing a Google Ads agency in Switzerland depends on your size and your language region. For a large brand that wants search planned with media and data, hire Webrepublic or BlueGlass. For senior, hands-on Google Ads work from a specialist, hire Meili & Hess. For Google and Microsoft Ads plus social from one certified team, hire xeit. For French-speaking Switzerland, hire Geekworkers.

Whichever Google Ads agency in Switzerland you choose, agree the language regions, the currency, the pricing model and who owns the ad accounts and conversion data before the first campaign goes live.
