I run an SEO agency in Poland, so I know this market from the inside – I have worked next to, and competed against, most of the companies below. This ranking is written for a company in the US, the UK or the DACH region that wants an SEO agency in Poland it can brief in English and trust with a foreign market. I went through all 178 Polish SEO agencies listed on Clutch and kept 11. Marketer Coffee is my own agency; I put it first and I say so openly, so judge it by the public case studies rather than by my opinion.
SEO agencies in Poland at a glance
If you only have a minute, these are the SEO agencies in Poland I would shortlist, in the order I would brief them. Each one is reviewed in detail below, with links to its Clutch profile and Google reviews.
- Marketer Coffee – SEO and AI search for SaaS and e-commerce entering English-speaking markets.
- Delante – large multi-platform search agency with the most Clutch reviews in Poland.
- widoczni – SEO-only agency on the market since 1999, strong on transparent pricing.
- Elephate – e-commerce SEO, content and digital PR for international stores.
- Skalski Growth – growth marketing with SEO for startups and scale-ups.
- MTA Digital – performance marketing group for e-commerce and B2C brands.
- Foursets – Webflow and SEO for B2B companies that need a site that ranks.
- Webmetric – UX and conversion optimisation combined with SEO.
- iCEA – full-service digital agency with enterprise clients and SEO packages for SMEs.
- Strategiczni.pl – small Wrocław team for B2B and B2C companies.
- FunkyMEDIA – AI search and brand mentions on a modest budget.
How I ranked the SEO agencies in Poland
I ranked the SEO agencies in Poland by quality first, fit second and price third. Concretely, I weighed five things:
- Reviews on Clutch and Google – how many, the average, and whether the feedback describes real results or just politeness.
- Results outside Poland – documented work on US, UK or DACH markets, not only Polish search results.
- Specialisation and fit – SaaS, e-commerce, B2B or crypto; a specialist in your niche ranks above a generalist.
- English communication – website, proposals and reporting in English, and who you will actually talk to.
- Pricing transparency – an hourly rate or retainer range you can see before the first call.
I left out companies listed on Clutch as “serving Poland” but based elsewhere. Rates and minimum budgets below are the ones each agency publishes on Clutch.
The 11 best SEO agencies in Poland, reviewed
Every SEO agency in Poland below gets the same treatment: who they are, what clients say on Clutch and Google, the facts that matter when you hire, and my opinion on who should – and should not – work with them.
1. Marketer Coffee
SEO and AI search for SaaS and e-commerce entering English-speaking markets
Marketer Coffee is my own agency, based in Wrocław. It is a deliberately small, senior team: I lead every project myself, and we work with B2B SaaS, e-commerce and software companies that want to grow organic revenue in the US, the UK or Germany – and to be cited by ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity. The work combines technical SEO, semantic content strategy and link building, with a lot of attention to how Google’s systems actually rank pages.
What clients say. On Google Marketer Coffee has a 5.0/5 rating from 4 reviews. The Clutch profile is new and verified reviews are being collected, so for now the public case studies are the better proof:
- +349% organic traffic for Landingi (SaaS) in 27 months – from 14,978 to 67,300 sessions
- +189% organic growth for Placester on the highly competitive US real-estate SaaS market
- +132% organic growth for ALDI Poland in 12 months – enterprise e-commerce
- +1,187% growth for IDG-Online – from 80 to over 1,000 clicks a day in 12 months
Facts: Wrocław · 2–9 people · $100–149/h · minimum project $1,000 · English and Polish.
My take: this is my agency, so I will not pretend to be neutral – I will tell you who it is for. If you are a SaaS or e-commerce company targeting the US or UK and you want the person who designs the strategy to also be the person who executes it, this is exactly the profile we are built for. If you need a large team running SEO, paid media and social in one package, or local SEO for Polish cities, pick Delante or widoczni below. Best for: SaaS and e-commerce on English-speaking markets. Not for: local SEO in Poland, full-service retainers.

2. Delante
Large multi-platform search agency with the most Clutch reviews in Poland
Delante, based in Kraków and founded in 2014, describes itself as a search agency for every platform – Google, AI assistants, marketplaces, YouTube and social. With a team in the low hundreds it is one of the largest SEO agencies in Poland, and a large share of its work is for clients outside the country, which shows in how polished its English-language process is.
What clients say. Clutch: 4.9/5 from 160 reviews – the highest review count of any Polish SEO agency. Google: 4.7/5 from 252 reviews. Clients most often mention clear growth in organic traffic and visibility, effective communication and on-time delivery; the most common project size on Clutch is $10,000–49,999.
Facts: founded 2014 · Kraków · 201–500 people · $50–99/h · minimum project $1,000 · English and Polish.
My take: Delante is the safe, proven choice: a mature process, a deep bench and a review history nobody else in Poland can match. The trade-off of any agency this size is that your account will be run by a team rather than by a founder, so ask who your day-to-day specialist will be. Best for: mid-size and larger companies that want one partner across Google, marketplaces and AI search. Not for: founders who want to work directly with a senior strategist on every call.

3. widoczni
SEO-only agency on the market since 1999, strong on transparent pricing
widoczni from Poznań has been doing search marketing since 1999, which makes it one of the oldest SEO agencies in Poland. SEO is its whole business, and in recent years it has repositioned around AI search optimisation. Its strength is a structured, transparent pricing model and a large team used to running many accounts at once.
What clients say. Clutch: 4.9/5 from 140 reviews. Google: 4.6/5 from 797 reviews – by far the largest Google review base in this ranking. Clients highlight responsiveness, measurable improvements and good value; most projects on Clutch are under $10,000.
Facts: founded 1999 · Poznań · 51–200 people · minimum project $1,000 · English and Polish.
My take: if you want predictable SEO at a predictable price, widoczni is hard to beat. Most of its experience is with Polish and Central European clients, so for a US launch ask for English-market case studies before you sign. Best for: SMEs and e-commerce stores that value a clear, fixed process. Not for: complex SaaS projects that need bespoke technical work.

4. Elephate
E-commerce SEO, content and digital PR for international stores
Elephate, based in Wrocław since 2011, is an e-commerce SEO agency that combines three things: SEO, content marketing and digital PR. It has long worked with English-speaking clients, and its content and link-earning work is noticeably more editorial than the Polish market average.
What clients say. Clutch: 5.0/5 from 15 reviews, with clients pointing to strong ROI from SEO and content. I could not find a Google Business listing under the Elephate name.
Facts: founded 2011 · Wrocław · 51–200 people · $100–149/h · minimum project $1,000 · English and Polish.
My take: one of the few Polish agencies I would recommend specifically for content-led SEO and digital PR in English. It is priced closer to Western agencies than most of this list, which is fair for the quality of writing. Best for: international e-commerce brands that need content and PR, not just technical fixes. Not for: the smallest budgets.

5. Skalski Growth
Growth marketing with SEO for startups and scale-ups
Skalski Growth from Kraków is a boutique growth marketing agency that has worked with more than 100 startups and scale-ups. SEO is one of several acquisition channels it runs alongside paid search, social ads and landing pages, with a strong emphasis on building a repeatable, measurable acquisition engine.
What clients say. Clutch: 5.0/5 from 44 reviews. Google: 5.0/5 from 23 reviews. Clients mention effective lead generation, flexibility and pricing that fits a startup budget; typical projects are $10,000–49,999.
Facts: founded 2014 · Kraków · 51–200 people · $50–99/h · minimum project $1,000 · English and Polish.
My take: a very good choice when SEO is one part of a broader growth plan and you want one team testing several channels. If SEO is your main channel, a specialist will usually go deeper. Best for: funded startups that need pipeline fast. Not for: large sites with heavy technical SEO debt.

6. MTA Digital
Performance marketing group for e-commerce and B2C brands
MTA Digital from Poznań is a performance marketing group for e-commerce and B2C brands, working with a data-driven approach and what it calls a “no-bullshit policy” on reporting. SEO is part of a wider performance offer that includes paid media and creative.
What clients say. Clutch: 4.9/5 from 62 reviews. Google: 4.7/5 from 23 reviews. Clients note competitive pricing and campaigns with a positive ROI; typical projects are $10,000–49,999.
Facts: founded 2015 · Poznań · 201–500 people · $50–99/h · minimum project $5,000 · English and Polish.
My take: best when you want SEO and paid acquisition managed together by one team that reports on revenue. The $5,000 minimum puts it above the entry level. Best for: e-commerce brands spending on both paid and organic. Not for: B2B SaaS with long sales cycles.

7. Foursets
Webflow and SEO for B2B companies that need a site that ranks
Foursets from Warsaw is a premium Webflow partner for fast-growing B2B teams. It designs, builds and optimises websites in-house, so SEO is planned into the site from the first wireframe rather than bolted on later. It reports a 96.8% on-time delivery rate across more than 50 projects since 2021.
What clients say. Clutch: 4.9/5 from 30 reviews, with clients citing strong value for cost and high-quality deliverables; typical projects are $10,000–49,999. The Google listing has no reviews yet.
Facts: founded 2021 · Warsaw · 51–200 people · $50–99/h · minimum project $5,000 · English and Polish.
My take: the right partner when the real problem is the website itself – a B2B company relaunching on Webflow should not hire a separate SEO agency for it. Best for: B2B SaaS rebuilding its site on Webflow. Not for: large e-commerce catalogues.
Visit foursets.com →Company profile, reviews & financials →
8. Webmetric
UX and conversion optimisation combined with SEO
Webmetric from Poznań is a user experience and conversion optimisation agency that also runs SEO. It works with startups and growing businesses that want more revenue from the traffic they already have, starting from business goals and user research.
What clients say. Clutch: 5.0/5 from 15 reviews. Google: 4.9/5 from 121 reviews. Clients say pricing fits their budgets across UX, UI and SEO projects; most projects are under $10,000.
Facts: founded 2015 · Poznań · 51–200 people · $50–99/h · minimum project $5,000 · English and Polish.
My take: a smart pick when traffic is not your only problem – SEO plus conversion work often pays back faster than SEO alone. Best for: online stores and SaaS with traffic but weak conversion. Not for: brand-new sites that need to build visibility from zero.
Visit webmetric.com →Company profile, reviews & financials →
9. iCEA
Full-service digital agency with enterprise clients and SEO packages for SMEs
iCEA from Poznań, active since 2007, is a one-stop digital agency whose clients include PZU, Orange, Viessmann and Panattoni. It also sells standardised SEO packages to small and medium businesses, which explains its very large base of Google reviews.
What clients say. Clutch: 4.7/5 from 39 reviews. Google: 4.6/5 from 733 reviews. Clients praise value for money and projects tailored to budget, with gains in traffic and visibility; most projects are under $10,000.
Facts: founded 2007 · Poznań · $25–49/h · English and Polish.
My take: a reliable choice for a company that wants a big, established Polish agency with recognisable clients. For an English-language market, ask specifically who on the team will handle it. Best for: companies selling in Poland and CEE. Not for: niche SaaS that needs a senior specialist.

10. Strategiczni.pl
Small Wrocław team for B2B and B2C companies
Strategiczni.pl is a Wrocław-based consulting and marketing agency founded in 2017. It works with local businesses and international brands in B2B and B2C, with SEO as its core service and an emphasis on translating marketing into business results.
What clients say. Clutch: 5.0/5 from 30 reviews. Google: 4.9/5 from 32 reviews. Clients appreciate competitive pricing and comprehensive SEO work; most projects are under $10,000.
Facts: founded 2017 · Wrocław · 1–10 people · $50–99/h · minimum project $1,000 · English and Polish.
My take: a small team with consistently strong reviews – the kind of agency where you get attention even on a modest budget. Best for: SMEs that want a hands-on partner. Not for: companies that need many specialists at once.
Visit strategiczni.pl →Company profile, reviews & financials →
11. FunkyMEDIA
AI search and brand mentions on a modest budget
FunkyMEDIA from Łódź, founded in 2010, has repositioned as an AI search and brand mentions agency: SEO plus the work of getting a brand cited across the web and in AI answers. It runs a small team at one of the lowest hourly rates in this ranking.
What clients say. Clutch: 5.0/5 from 83 reviews – the third-largest review base on this list. I could not confirm a Google Business listing under this name.
Facts: founded 2010 · Łódź · 11–50 people · $25–49/h · minimum project $1,000 · English and Polish.
My take: a good-value option for building brand mentions and AI visibility without a large retainer. Check the English-market examples in its portfolio before you commit. Best for: small brands testing AI search visibility. Not for: complex technical SEO.

Quality, specialisation and what SEO agencies in Poland charge
SEO agencies in Poland are strongest in technical SEO, e-commerce and link building, and most of the agencies above have worked with Western European or US clients. Price is the third thing I would look at, not the first: the median hourly rate across these 11 agencies is $50–99, against $150–199 for comparable US agencies on Clutch, and typical projects range from under $10,000 for SMEs to $10,000–49,999 for larger engagements.
The cheaper end of the range ($25–49/h) usually means standardised packages and junior execution; the upper end ($100–149/h) usually means senior people working directly on your account. Decide which of the two you need before you compare quotes.
How to hire an SEO agency in Poland
Hiring an SEO agency in Poland from the US or UK is straightforward, but a few things are worth settling up front. Polish agencies sign contracts in English and invoice in USD or EUR; for a buyer outside the EU, B2B services are invoiced without Polish VAT. Agree in writing who owns the content and the links built for you, and how long the notice period is.
Poland is on CET, which gives three to four working hours of overlap with New York and a full working day with London. Ask every agency on your shortlist for an English-market case study, the name of the specialist who will run your account, and a sample monthly report.
SEO agencies in Poland: FAQ
The questions US and UK companies ask most before hiring an SEO agency in Poland.
How much does SEO cost in Poland?
SEO in Poland costs $25–149 per hour, with a median of $50–99 among the agencies in this ranking. Small-business retainers often start around $1,000 a month; larger international projects typically fall between $10,000 and $49,999.
Is it safe to hire a Polish SEO agency from the US?
Yes, it is safe to hire a Polish SEO agency from the US, provided you check it like any other vendor: read recent reviews on Clutch and Google, ask for an English-market case study and sign a contract that covers ownership of content and links. Poland is in the EU, so contracts and data protection follow EU law.
Do Polish SEO agencies work in English?
Yes, Polish SEO agencies work in English. All 11 agencies in this ranking work with English-speaking clients, and English is standard in Polish B2B, especially in Wrocław, Kraków and Warsaw.
Which SEO agency in Poland is best for SaaS?
The best SEO agency in Poland for SaaS companies targeting English-speaking markets is, in my opinion, Marketer Coffee – my own agency. Foursets is the better choice if your site runs on Webflow, and Skalski Growth if SEO is one of several channels.
Should I hire an SEO agency or a freelancer in Poland?
You should hire an SEO freelancer in Poland for a single audit or a small site, and an SEO agency in Poland for ongoing work across content, technical SEO and links, because an agency gives you continuity when one person is unavailable.
My verdict: which SEO agency in Poland to hire
Choosing an SEO agency in Poland comes down to your market, your niche and your budget. For SaaS and e-commerce targeting the US or UK, my first choice is Marketer Coffee – my own agency, so verify the case studies yourself. For a large, proven team across every search platform, choose Delante. For predictable SEO at a predictable price, choose widoczni. For content-led e-commerce SEO in English, choose Elephate.
Whatever you choose, brief two agencies, ask who will actually work on your account, and check that their reviews are recent – a 5.0 from 2019 says less than a 4.7 from last month.
