Best Marketing Agencies in Sweden (2026): 6 Agencies Reviewed

Sweden has one of Europe’s strongest creative industries, and Stockholm agencies work for global brands as often as for Swedish ones. This ranking is written for a company from the US, the UK, another EU country or elsewhere in the Nordics that wants to hire marketing agencies in Sweden – for a rebrand, a Swedish launch or B2B demand generation across Europe. I kept 6 agencies, all registered with Bolagsverket, the Swedish Companies Registration Office, and read each one’s registry data and filed accounts.

How I ranked the marketing agencies in Sweden

I ranked the marketing agencies in Sweden by quality first, fit for a foreign client second and price third:

  • Work and clients – the brands an agency has worked for and the work it shows, such as Kurppa Hosk’s brand systems for Scania and Zalando and Garbergs’ campaigns for Tre and Skansen.
  • Specialisation – brand and design, creative campaigns, B2B demand generation or social content. These are different jobs, and I say which one each agency does best.
  • Fit for a foreign buyer – work in English, offices or teams outside Sweden, and experience with international roll-outs, as at Up There, Everywhere and Brightvision.
  • Reviews – only Up There, Everywhere has Clutch reviews, and three reviews is not enough to rank on. Where there are no usable reviews I say so and name the strongest other signal.
  • Accounts and registration – Swedish limited companies (aktiebolag) file their annual reports with Bolagsverket, and these are public, so I could read each agency’s turnover and result via allabolag.se, which republishes Bolagsverket data. Agency turnover can include media and production costs passed through to clients, so I treat it as a sign of scale. The net result of a Swedish AB is often reduced by group contributions or appropriations.

The list includes only firms registered and headquartered in Sweden. I left out the Swedish agencies of the big international networks and agencies that belong to foreign groups.

The 6 best marketing agencies in Sweden, reviewed

Every marketing agency in Sweden below gets the same treatment: who they are, what clients say, the facts that matter when you hire, and my opinion on who should – and should not – work with them.

1. Kurppa Hosk

Stockholm brand agency for brand strategy, design systems and creative communication for global clients

Kurppa Hosk is a Stockholm brand agency for brand strategy, brand design and creative communication, with offices in New York, Chicago, Oslo and London and its own type foundry, KH Type. Work on its website includes Scania, Zalando, Nike’s Podium design system, Meta’s LlamaCon and Bungie. It cites a survey by the trade magazine Resumé that named it Sweden’s largest brand agency. Ownership: its parent is Eidra AB, a Stockholm-headquartered group of consultancies that, according to Fröjd’s website, is also taking over the web agency Fröjd; I did not check who is behind Eidra.

What clients say. I found no Clutch profile, so there are no usable reviews. Its client work is the strongest signal – Scania, Zalando, Nike, Meta, Bungie, Telia and Clas Ohlson – together with its size: Kurppa Hosk Studio AB reported turnover of SEK 387m for 2025 and a result after financial items of SEK 36.4m.

Facts: Stockholm · 99 people · Swedish, English.

My take: the agency I would call first for a rebrand or a brand system that has to work in many markets. Best for: large companies that need a rebrand or a brand system that must work across many markets. Not for: small businesses or tactical performance-marketing work.

2. Garbergs

Independent Stockholm full-service creative agency known for long-running Swedish campaigns

Garbergs is an independent full-service advertising agency in Stockholm, founded in 1987, that puts long-term, strategy-led creativity first. Recent work includes campaigns for Tre, Skansen, Fisherman’s Friend, Lidl, St1 and Barncancerfonden. The operating company, Garbergs Kommunikation AB, is owned by the Swedish holding Garbergs Creative Collective AB, and the agency calls itself independent.

What clients say. Garbergs is listed on Clutch but has no reviews yet, so there are no usable reviews. Its campaign work for well-known Swedish brands is the strongest signal, together with solid accounts: turnover of SEK 88.0m and a net profit of SEK 9.5m in 2025.

Facts: founded 1987 · Stockholm · 31 people · $100–149/h · minimum project $5,000 · Swedish, English.

My take: my pick for a brand that wants to build awareness in Sweden with an independent creative agency. Best for: brands launching or building awareness in Sweden that want a creative, independent agency. Not for: performance-only or technical web projects.

3. Up There, Everywhere

Distributed Stockholm B2B brand and marketing agency strong in life sciences and tech

Up There, Everywhere is a Stockholm-headquartered, distributed full-service agency founded in 2011 for branding and naming, websites (Umbraco, WordPress, HubSpot), content, international and technical SEO and LinkedIn advertising. It has no traditional offices but works through what it calls creative hubs, with people in the UK, Germany and the Netherlands and remote members in the US and Australia; its UK unit is owned by the Swedish company, not the other way round. Medical and life-science companies are its largest industry on Clutch. Ownership: the Swedish company heads its own group and allabolag shows no parent; a new Swedish holding company was registered in 2026, also with no parent shown. The Swedish AB reports no employees of its own, so the team most likely works as contractors or sits in subsidiaries.

What clients say. Clutch: 4.8/5 from 3 reviews, a small sample. Reviewers PrecisionLife, Compedica and Axelos praise its collaboration, project management and rebrand results. Turnover was SEK 80.6m in 2025, with a net profit of SEK 3.0m.

Facts: founded 2011 · Stockholm · 50–249 people · $100–149/h · minimum project $5,000 · English, Swedish, German, Dutch.

My take: a strong choice for an international B2B, med-tech or life-science company that wants brand, web and demand generation in English. Best for: international B2B, med-tech and life-science companies that want brand, web and demand generation in English. Not for: consumer brands that want Swedish TV or outdoor campaigns.

4. Brightvision

Gothenburg B2B tech marketing and sales-development agency for pipeline in Europe and the US

Brightvision is a Gothenburg B2B marketing and sales-development agency founded in 2000 that builds sales pipeline for complex tech vendors through content, paid and social media, SEO and AEO, account-based marketing, events and webinars, and outsourced SDR and sales teams, run on its own CoSeller platform. It serves the Nordics, the DACH countries, the UK and Ireland, France, Italy, Poland, the Benelux and the US. Its parent is the Swedish holding Optimera Holding i Göteborg AB.

What clients say. Brightvision is listed on Clutch but has no reviews yet, so there are no usable reviews. Its client list is the strongest signal: Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, Siemens, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Logitech and Crayon. Turnover was SEK 50.0m for the financial year ending June 2025, with a net profit of SEK 2.8m.

Facts: founded 2000 · Gothenburg · 54 people · English, Swedish, French, Italian, German, Polish.

My take: the agency I would brief when a tech vendor needs leads and booked meetings in several European markets. Best for: tech vendors and IT distributors that need lead generation and booked meetings in several European markets. Not for: consumer brands or pure creative and branding work.

5. Snask

Internationally known Stockholm branding, design and film studio

Snask is a Stockholm branding and design agency that also makes brand films and music videos. It covers brand strategy, tone of voice, identities, packaging, books and store design, and its founders lecture internationally. Its website dates it from 2007; the company, Snask AB, was registered in 2008. Its parent is the Swedish holding Snask Magic Industries AB. Allabolag shows only three employees, so much of the work is probably done with freelancers.

What clients say. I found no Clutch profile, so there are no usable reviews. Its client logos are the strongest signal – Meta, Bang & Olufsen, Klarna, Spotify, Target, H&M, Tetra Pak and Fazer – together with turnover of SEK 23.7m and a net profit of SEK 1.5m in 2025.

Facts: founded 2007 · Stockholm · 3 people · English, Swedish.

My take: my pick for a bold, distinctive identity or rebrand from a well-known design studio. Best for: brands that want a bold, distinctive identity or rebrand from a well-known design studio. Not for: ongoing media buying, performance marketing or large campaign roll-outs.

6. Glory Days

Swedish content agency for social and video, with production and performance marketing

Glory Days is a Swedish content agency with offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Jönköping that handles content strategy, concepts, production in any format and performance marketing, including ads, SEO and analytics. It says it has won nine awards since 2017. The website speaks of more than 30 people, while allabolag shows 20 employees. Allabolag shows no parent company; I did not check its owners.

What clients say. Glory Days is listed on Clutch but has no reviews yet, so there are no usable reviews. Its client list is the strongest signal: KICKS, Stadium, Kronans Apotek, Beckers, Alcro, Bonnier and Ford. Turnover was SEK 32.5m in 2025, with a loss of SEK 2.2m.

Facts: founded 2010 · Stockholm · 20–30 people · Swedish, English.

My take: an option for a consumer brand that needs a steady flow of social and video content for Sweden. Best for: consumer brands that need steady social and video content for the Swedish market. Not for: international multi-market campaigns or B2B lead generation.

Quality, specialisation and what marketing agencies in Sweden charge

Only two marketing agencies in Sweden in this ranking show a rate on Clutch: $100–149 an hour for Garbergs and Up There, Everywhere, with minimum projects of $5,000. The others quote per project or on a retainer after a briefing. Invoices are usually in Swedish kronor (SEK), which floats against the euro, so agree the currency in the contract. As a general observation, Swedish agency rates are among the highest in the EU, similar to Denmark and well above Central and Eastern Europe.

The main choice is between brand and design agencies (Kurppa Hosk, Snask), an independent creative advertising agency (Garbergs), B2B agencies for international markets (Up There, Everywhere for brand and web, Brightvision for pipeline and sales development) and a social and video content agency (Glory Days).

How to choose a marketing agency in Sweden

Choosing a marketing agency in Sweden starts with the job you need done:

  • Brand or campaign – a rebrand or brand system is a job for Kurppa Hosk or Snask; a Swedish awareness campaign is a job for Garbergs.
  • B2B or consumer – Brightvision and Up There, Everywhere work mainly for B2B and tech; Glory Days and Garbergs work mainly for consumer brands.
  • Language – English is spoken at a very high level in Sweden, and every agency here works in English. If you are launching in Sweden, make sure Swedish copy is written by native speakers, not translated.
  • Team size – Snask and Up There, Everywhere work with small payrolls and freelancers or contractors; ask who will actually work on your account.
  • Ownership – Kurppa Hosk belongs to the Eidra group; most of the others are owned through Swedish holding companies. Ask who will be on your team if the ownership changes.

Also check the paperwork when you hire a marketing agency in Sweden. Every company has a ten-digit organisation number (org.nr); you can look it up at Bolagsverket, which also sells copies of the filed annual reports, while free sites such as allabolag.se show turnover, result and board members. Check the VAT number – in most cases SE followed by the ten digits of the org.nr and 01 – in the EU’s VIES database. If your business is in another EU country and gives its own VAT number, the reverse charge usually applies and the invoice carries no Swedish VAT (moms); for a business outside the EU, Swedish VAT is in most cases not charged on these services. Confirm with your adviser – this is not legal or tax advice. Sweden is on Central European Time (CET), the same as Germany and Denmark. For a Nordic comparison, see the same list for Denmark, and if your budget is tighter, here is the same list for Poland, where rates are usually lower.
