LinkedIn is the one ad platform where you can target buyers by job title, seniority, company and industry, which is why B2B companies use it for lead generation and account-based marketing despite its high click prices. This ranking is written for a company from the US, the UK, another EU country or the Nordics that wants to hire one of the LinkedIn ads agencies in France – to reach French decision-makers in French, or to run LinkedIn campaigns for several markets from Paris or Lyon. I am Adrian, an SEO consultant in Wrocław, and I write every ranking on this site myself. I kept 6 agencies, all registered and headquartered in France, each with a LinkedIn Ads service page I read, and looked up each one’s SIREN, legal form and président in the French company register.

How I ranked the LinkedIn ads agencies in France
I ranked the LinkedIn ads agencies in France by LinkedIn depth first, fit for a foreign client second and price third:
- LinkedIn depth – a dedicated LinkedIn service rather than LinkedIn as one item on a list: Campaign Manager set-up, targeting by job title and seniority, Lead Gen Forms, Message Ads, ABM with named-account lists, CRM integration and reporting. Junto, Growth Room and WebConversion build LinkedIn into B2B pipeline work; Ad’s up Consulting and Uplix run it next to search.
- Partner status – LinkedIn runs a Marketing Partner programme for agencies. Only Junto shows a LinkedIn Marketing Partner badge on its site, which I did not cross-check in LinkedIn’s directory; Growth Room calls itself a certified LinkedIn Ads agency without a partner badge.
- Track record – named clients, years on the market and case studies. Case numbers are the agencies’ own figures, and I quote them as such.
- Price transparency – Junto, WebConversion and deux.io publish fee ranges, which is rare and useful when you compare offers from abroad.
- Reviews – none of the six has a Clutch profile I could find, and I did not use ratings shown only on the agencies’ own sites, so there are no usable reviews. I name the strongest other signal instead.
- Registration and ownership – SIREN, legal form, président and published accounts come from the official company data behind annuaire-entreprises.data.gouv.fr. Most of these agencies are presided by a holding company, and Ad’s up Consulting belongs to European Digital Group.
The list includes only firms registered and headquartered in France, and I left out French offices of foreign agency networks. If you also need search ads, see my ranking of Google Ads agencies in France; for a full-service partner, see my list of marketing agencies in France. Team sizes below are INSEE headcount bands for the French legal entity, which are often smaller than the agencies’ own figures.
The 6 best LinkedIn ads agencies in France, reviewed
Every LinkedIn ads agency in France below gets the same treatment: who they are, what clients say, the facts that matter when you hire, and my opinion on who should – and should not – work with them.
1. Junto
Paris performance agency with a LinkedIn Marketing Partner badge and a full B2B ABM offer
Junto is a Paris performance agency founded in 2016 whose LinkedIn Ads page covers account-based marketing by named account, Message Ads, Lead Gen Forms synced with HubSpot or Salesforce, carousels and video, retargeting, lookalike audiences and AI-driven creative testing, run across the funnel together with the client’s CRM. Its site shows a LinkedIn Marketing Partner badge next to Google Partner Premier 2026, Meta Business Partner, Microsoft Advertising Select Partner and HubSpot Platinum badges; I did not cross-check them in the platforms’ directories. The LinkedIn page describes the usual pricing as 10–20% of media spend, a flat fee of about €800–1,500 a month or a performance-based model, and suggests media budgets from about €2,000 a month for simple formats or €4,000 for ABM; its general acquisition offer elsewhere on the site starts at €2,670 a month, so ask which applies. The agency reports a 25% lower cost per lead for École Polytechnique and a cost per lead divided by five for OpenClassrooms. Its président is a holding company, EA CAPITAL.
What clients say. I found no Clutch profile, so there are no usable reviews. Its B2B client list – École Polytechnique, Swissquote, OpenClassrooms, Doctrine, Mirakl and Pennylane – and its LinkedIn Marketing Partner badge are the signal.
Facts: founded 2016 · Paris · 20–49 people · French, English.
My take: my first call for a SaaS, fintech or education brand that wants LinkedIn ABM and search from one badge-holding team. Best for: SaaS, fintech, schools and B2B scale-ups that want LinkedIn ABM plus search from one team. Not for: very small budgets under about €2,000 a month in media.

2. Growth Room
Paris B2B growth agency combining LinkedIn Ads with ABM, outbound and HubSpot
Growth Room is a Paris growth-marketing agency and HubSpot partner, registered in 2018, that creates and manages LinkedIn Ads with tracking and dashboards and targets by professional criteria. It ties the campaigns to its sales-side services – outbound prospecting, account-based marketing, HubSpot and RevOps – so LinkedIn leads land in the same pipeline as outbound ones. It calls itself a certified LinkedIn Ads agency with certified experts but shows no LinkedIn Marketing Partner badge, and it recommends at least €2,500 a month in LinkedIn media. The agency reports average LinkedIn results of about 56% more leads and about 30 leads a month for Tandem, figures that are not all specific to LinkedIn. Its président is a holding company, BAYA, and its directeur général is Sacha Azoulay.
What clients say. I found no Clutch profile, so there are no usable reviews. Its client list – Devialet, Poiscaille, Toyota, Figaro Classifieds, Tandem and MindDay – is the signal.
Facts: founded 2018 · Paris · 20–49 people · French.
My take: the agency I would brief for a French B2B scale-up that wants LinkedIn Ads plugged into outbound and HubSpot. Best for: French B2B scale-ups that want LinkedIn Ads plugged into outbound, ABM and HubSpot. Not for: enterprises that need LinkedIn programmes in many languages.

3. WebConversion
Lyon B2B inbound agency running LinkedIn Ads, ABM and HubSpot at published fees
WebConversion is a Lyon B2B inbound-marketing agency whose LinkedIn Ads service covers awareness, lead generation, Sponsored Messaging, Dynamic Ads and account-based marketing, with a quarterly strategy, automatic routing of leads to the CRM and monthly and quarterly reviews. It publishes a fixed monthly fee of €500–3,000 and recommends at least €1,000 a month in media. It also does content marketing, SEO and GEO, marketing automation and HubSpot work, so LinkedIn sits inside an inbound programme. It shows no LinkedIn or HubSpot partner badge and no case figures. The company behind the brand is GF RESORTS SARL, managed by Maud Epinette; the founding year is that of this company, as the brand’s own age is not stated.
What clients say. I found no Clutch profile, so there are no usable reviews. Its B2B tech and industrial clients – Lemonway, TDF, Topsolid, Skaleet and Gifteo – and its published fees are the signal.
Facts: founded 2011 · Lyon · 10–19 people · minimum project €500 a month · French.
My take: a sensible choice for a French B2B tech or industrial firm that wants LinkedIn Ads tied to inbound content at a known fee. Best for: French B2B tech and industrial firms that want LinkedIn Ads tied to inbound content and HubSpot. Not for: consumer brands, and buyers who need English-language campaigns.

4. deux.io
French growth-marketing agency behind La Growth Machine, with a LinkedIn Ads practice
deux.io is a growth-marketing agency registered in Laval since 2012 and working across France, linked to its own software tools La Growth Machine and Derrick App. Its LinkedIn Ads page describes audits, strategy, account management and lead generation in a seven-step method, and frankly suggests LinkedIn automation instead of ads below about €3,000 a month in media. It publishes indicative fees of €500–5,000 a month depending on budget and shows no LinkedIn partner badge. The agency reports a third of the previous cost and 25% more conversions on the channel for Airbyte, and more than 50 leads in two months for Bonaparte. Its président is a holding company, FG INVEST; its branding mentions Sonate Group, whose ownership I did not check.
What clients say. I found no Clutch profile, so there are no usable reviews. Its startup and corporate client list – Airbyte, Thiga, Luko, MeilleursAgents, AXA, Saint-Gobain and HEC – is the signal.
Facts: founded 2012 · Laval · 6–9 people · minimum project €500 a month · French.
My take: worth a call for a startup or B2B SaaS company that wants LinkedIn Ads combined with growth hacking and automation. Best for: startups and B2B SaaS that want LinkedIn Ads combined with growth hacking and LinkedIn automation. Not for: corporate buyers who want a large account team.

5. Ad’s up Consulting
Large Paris paid-media agency with a full-format LinkedIn Ads practice
Ad’s up Consulting is a Paris paid-media agency founded in 2012 and best known for Google Ads. Its LinkedIn Ads page covers contact and account targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences and data integration, funnel strategies from awareness to lead generation and event registration, and the main formats including Lead Gen Forms, Message Ads and Conversation Ads. It is a member of the Everywhere Network for international campaigns and says it has about 130 staff. The page shows no LinkedIn partner badge, no prices and no LinkedIn case studies, which is why it ranks below the B2B specialists. The contracting company is PERFORMANCE CONSULTING SAS, whose président is MMP GROUP; Ad’s up belongs to European Digital Group (EDG), which also controls JVWEB.
What clients say. I found no Clutch profile, so there are no usable reviews. The strongest signal is its client list – L’Occitane, IKKS, Qobuz, Unibet, TUI Group, Pixmania, Shine and Atlantic – together with filed accounts showing 2024 turnover of about €28.0m for the French company.
Facts: founded 2012 · Paris · 100–199 people · French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic.
My take: a strong option for an advertiser already using its search team that wants LinkedIn run by the same agency, also abroad. Best for: advertisers that want LinkedIn run by the same team as their search campaigns, also in other countries. Not for: buyers who want a LinkedIn-first B2B specialist.

6. Uplix
Data-driven Paris search agency with a LinkedIn Ads service
Uplix is a Paris agency, set up in 2020, whose LinkedIn page covers objectives and audience segmentation, ad and InMail creation, launch with A/B testing and ongoing optimisation across single-image, carousel, video, Lead Gen Form and Thought Leader Ads. It runs LinkedIn next to Google, Meta and TikTok with a strong focus on tracking and dashboards, and SEO is a large part of its business. It won the Grand Prix at the Cas d’Or du Digital in the Search & AI category. Its LinkedIn page shows no partner badge, no prices and no LinkedIn-specific results. Its président and directeur général are both holding companies, EV CAPITAL and DB CAPITAL, and it publishes no accounts.
What clients say. I found no Clutch profile. Its homepage shows a 5.0 Google rating from 51 reviews, but that figure appears only on its own site and I could not verify it, so I do not rely on it. Named clients such as Logitech, Galeries Lafayette, KPMG, Société Générale and MAAF are the stronger signal.
Facts: founded 2020 · Paris · 20–49 people · French.
My take: worth a call if you want LinkedIn measured with the same data stack as search – but check early whether your account can run in English. Best for: mid-market brands that want LinkedIn Ads measured with the same data stack as search. Not for: pure B2B ABM programmes.

Quality, specialisation and what LinkedIn ads agencies in France charge
LinkedIn ads agencies in France are more open about prices than most. Junto’s LinkedIn page names 10–20% of media spend or a flat fee of about €800–1,500 a month, with media from about €2,000 a month (€4,000 for ABM); WebConversion charges a fixed €500–3,000 a month and recommends at least €1,000 a month in media; deux.io gives €500–5,000 a month and suggests ads only above about €3,000 a month in media; Growth Room recommends at least €2,500 a month in media. Ad’s up Consulting and Uplix quote after a briefing. Budget for the media as well as the fee: LinkedIn clicks usually cost several times more than search or Meta clicks, so a test that is too small rarely brings enough leads to judge. In most cases the ad spend is billed by LinkedIn directly to your card or ad account, and the agency invoices only its fee, in euros.
The main choice is between a badge-holding performance agency with a full ABM offer (Junto), B2B growth agencies that tie LinkedIn to outbound, inbound and HubSpot (Growth Room, WebConversion), a growth-hacking agency with its own LinkedIn automation tools (deux.io) and search-led agencies that run LinkedIn next to Google (Ad’s up Consulting, Uplix).
How to choose a LinkedIn ads agency in France
Choosing a LinkedIn ads agency in France starts with your sales process, not with the ad formats:
- Lead Gen Forms or your website – LinkedIn’s Lead Gen Forms are pre-filled with profile data and usually convert better than a landing page, but the leads can be weaker. Ask how leads reach your CRM and how the agency measures lead quality, not only cost per lead. Junto and WebConversion describe CRM syncing on their pages.
- ABM and sales alignment – account-based marketing means uploading a list of target companies and showing ads only to them. Results are usually better when ads and sales outreach target the same accounts, which is the approach of Growth Room and deux.io.
- Who owns the account – the Campaign Manager ad account, the Insight Tag, matched audiences and lead data should belong to your company page and your billing, with the agency given access. Put this in the contract.
- Language – ad copy for French decision-makers needs native French. Junto and Ad’s up Consulting work in English, and Ad’s up runs campaigns in several languages; Growth Room, WebConversion, deux.io and Uplix present themselves in French only. Agree the reporting language before you sign.
- Check the company – look up the SIREN or company name on annuaire-entreprises.data.gouv.fr. It shows the legal form, status, président and registered office, and often the turnover and net result. Note that WebConversion trades through a company with a different name, GF RESORTS. Check the VAT number in the EU’s VIES database.
- VAT, currency and time zone – a French agency invoicing a business in another EU country usually charges no French TVA, because the reverse charge applies to your own VAT number; businesses outside the EU are in most cases also invoiced without French TVA. Ad spend billed by LinkedIn itself follows LinkedIn’s own invoicing. This is not legal or tax advice. France is on Central European Time (CET).
LinkedIn ads agencies in France: FAQ
The questions foreign companies ask most before hiring LinkedIn ads agencies in France.
Are any LinkedIn ads agencies in France LinkedIn Marketing Partners?
Yes, one of the LinkedIn ads agencies in France in this ranking, Junto, shows a LinkedIn Marketing Partner badge on its site, though I did not cross-check it in LinkedIn’s directory. The other five show no LinkedIn partner badge, so check any claim before you sign.
Do LinkedIn ads agencies in France work in English?
Yes, some LinkedIn ads agencies in France work in English: Junto and Ad’s up Consulting list English, and Ad’s up runs campaigns in several languages. Growth Room, WebConversion, deux.io and Uplix present themselves in French only.
How much do LinkedIn ads agencies in France charge?
LinkedIn ads agencies in France charge from about €500 a month at the small end – WebConversion and deux.io publish ranges up to €3,000 and €5,000 – while Junto names 10–20% of spend or about €800–1,500 a month. Recommended media budgets start at €1,000–2,500 a month, paid on top.
Should I own the Campaign Manager account when I hire a LinkedIn ads agency in France?
Yes, you should own the Campaign Manager account when you hire a LinkedIn ads agency in France, together with the Insight Tag, the audiences and the lead data. Give the agency access rather than letting it run ads from its own account, so the history stays with you if you change agencies.
My verdict: which LinkedIn ads agency in France to hire
Choosing among LinkedIn ads agencies in France depends on your deal size and sales model. For full ABM from a badge-holding team, hire Junto. For LinkedIn plugged into outbound and HubSpot, hire Growth Room. For LinkedIn inside an inbound programme at a known fee, hire WebConversion. For a startup budget with growth hacking, talk to deux.io, and if LinkedIn should run next to your search campaigns, Ad’s up Consulting or Uplix.
Whichever LinkedIn ads agency in France you choose, agree the lead definition, the reporting, the minimum test budget and – above all – that the ad account and audiences are yours before work starts.
