Best LinkedIn Ads Agencies in Romania (2026): 5 Agencies Reviewed

LinkedIn is the one ad platform where you can target buyers by job title, seniority, company and industry, which is why B2B companies use it for lead generation and account-based marketing despite its high click prices. This ranking is written for a company from the US, the UK, another EU country or the Nordics that wants to hire LinkedIn ads agencies in Romania – to reach Romanian decision-makers, or to buy B2B LinkedIn management at a lower rate than at home. I am Adrian, an SEO consultant in Wrocław, and I write every ranking on this site myself. I kept 5 agencies, all Romanian companies, and checked the tax ID (CUI) and 2025 accounts of each with ANAF, the Romanian tax authority.

LinkedIn ads agencies in Romania at a glance

If you only have a minute, these are the LinkedIn ads agencies in Romania I would shortlist as a foreign B2B company, in the order I would contact them. Each is reviewed below, with its registry data on its company profile.

  1. Danco Vision 360 – Bucharest digital agency with a detailed B2B LinkedIn offer: ABM, Lead Gen Forms and CRM sync.
  2. The Markers – Bucharest online-marketing agency with a LinkedIn Ads service built around Lead Gen Forms.
  3. Canopy – Bucharest PPC-first agency running LinkedIn alongside Google and Meta.
  4. Marketos – Small Timișoara growth agency with a LinkedIn lead-gen service for Romanian and DACH clients.
  5. Limitless Agency – Large independent Bucharest performance agency that lists LinkedIn Ads among its paid channels.

How I ranked the LinkedIn ads agencies in Romania

I ranked the LinkedIn ads agencies in Romania by LinkedIn depth first, fit for a foreign client second and price third:

  • LinkedIn depth – a dedicated LinkedIn service rather than LinkedIn as one item on a list: Campaign Manager set-up, targeting by job title and seniority, Lead Gen Forms, ABM, CRM integration and reporting. Danco Vision 360, The Markers and Marketos have dedicated LinkedIn pages; Canopy and Limitless Agency run LinkedIn as part of a wider paid-media offer.
  • Partner status – LinkedIn runs a Marketing Partner programme for agencies and technology companies. None of the five agencies shows a LinkedIn Marketing Partner badge that I could confirm; Danco Vision’s page shows an unnamed “Marketing Partner” badge.
  • Track record – named clients, years on the market and case studies. Case numbers are the agencies’ own claims, and I quote them as such.
  • Reviews – Clutch only, where there are enough reviews to mean something: Danco Vision 360 has 18 and Canopy 14, both for their work in general. Where there are no usable reviews, I say so and name the strongest other signal.
  • Accounts and registration – for all five agencies I confirmed the CUI and read 2025 turnover (cifra de afaceri), net profit and headcount in ANAF’s public financial statements.

The list includes only firms registered and headquartered in Romania, and I left out the Romanian offices of international agency networks. A few agencies I could not match to a register were left out. If you also need search ads, see my ranking of Google Ads agencies in Romania, where Canopy also appears; for a full-service partner, see my list of marketing agencies in Romania.

The 5 best LinkedIn ads agencies in Romania, reviewed

Every LinkedIn ads agency in Romania below gets the same treatment: who they are, what clients say, the facts that matter when you hire, and my opinion on who should – and should not – work with them.

1. Danco Vision 360

Bucharest digital agency with a detailed B2B LinkedIn offer: ABM, Lead Gen Forms and CRM sync

Danco Vision is a Bucharest digital agency founded in 2006, with its registered office in Chiajna just outside the city. Its LinkedIn Ads page is the most detailed in this ranking: targeting by job title, seniority and company size, pre-filled multi-step Lead Gen Forms synced to HubSpot or Salesforce, ABM with uploaded company lists of up to 300,000 entries, retargeting and lookalike audiences, document, video and event ads and Conversation Ads, plus a free 48-hour audit with a sample list of 100 target accounts. It says it runs more than 80 B2B accounts and reports an HR-tech SaaS case with 5.6× ROAS on Lead Gen Forms, €3.4m in qualified pipeline and demos rising from 4 to 62 a month within 180 days – agency-reported figures. It recommends RON 15,000–50,000 a month for serious ABM. The page shows a “Marketing Partner” badge without naming the programme, so I do not treat it as LinkedIn Marketing Partner status, and some counters on its website render as placeholders. The filed accounts show 24 average employees in 2025.

What clients say. Clutch: 5.0/5 from 18 reviews across its services. Reviewers highlight communication, timeliness and project management; named clients include Credius IFN, TotalSoft, Nova Power & Gas, Kindred Group, novoMOF AG and AUDITECO. Its 2025 accounts show turnover of RON 8.9m with a small net profit of RON 0.1m.

Facts: founded 2006 · Bucharest · 10–49 people · $50–99/h · minimum project $5,000 · Romanian, English.

My take: the agency I would call first for an ABM-style LinkedIn programme with leads tracked into the CRM. Best for: B2B SaaS and services firms that want ABM-style LinkedIn campaigns with CRM-level lead tracking. Not for: budgets under RON 3,000 a month, which the agency itself calls too low.

2. The Markers

Bucharest online-marketing agency with a LinkedIn Ads service built around Lead Gen Forms

The Markers is a Bucharest online-marketing agency registered in 2013. Its LinkedIn Ads service runs from business and competitor analysis through budget split, ad copy and banners, targeting, weekly optimisation and monthly reporting, with Lead Gen Forms exported from Campaign Manager or pushed into a CRM. It states Google Premier certification and IAB Romania membership, which I did not cross-check, and shows no LinkedIn Marketing Partner badge. Its published case studies cover Google Ads and SEO rather than LinkedIn. The rate and minimum above come from its DesignRush listing, not from the agency’s own website. The filed accounts show 14 average employees in 2025.

What clients say. I found no Clutch profile, so there are no usable reviews. The strongest signals are its client logos – Keez, TIS, Sanador, Frigotehnics, Eastlines and The APT Group – and its filed accounts: turnover of RON 3.2m and a small net profit of about RON 48,000 in 2025.

Facts: founded 2013 · Bucharest · about 14 people · $35/h · minimum project $1,000 · Romanian, English.

My take: my pick for a Romanian SME or B2B service firm that wants LinkedIn lead generation next to Google Ads at a modest rate. Best for: Romanian SMEs and B2B service firms that want LinkedIn lead generation next to Google Ads at modest rates. Not for: buyers who need LinkedIn case metrics before they sign – none is published.

3. Canopy

Bucharest PPC-first agency running LinkedIn alongside Google and Meta

Canopy is a Bucharest performance agency that has specialised in PPC since 2016. It runs paid campaigns on LinkedIn as part of one PPC offer with Google Ads, Meta, YouTube and TikTok, plus analytics and creative. I did not find a dedicated LinkedIn page, so its LinkedIn work is less documented than at the two agencies above, and it shows no LinkedIn Marketing Partner badge. Its website shows a Google Premier Partner badge, which I did not cross-check, and calls its PPC team the largest dedicated one in Romania – an agency claim without a headcount. The brand is operated by SC Meraki Solutions SRL, the company named in its terms and conditions, which had 17 average employees in 2025; a 2019 Ziarul Financiar article said Meraki Solutions was fully owned by Cristian Ignat, and I did not check the current ownership.

What clients say. Clutch: 5.0/5 from 14 reviews. Reviewers praise proactive, well-organised project management and gains in ROAS and conversion rate; named clients include Leroy Merlin Romania, Iulius, Provident, Dăruiește Viață and Editura ALL. The filed accounts of Meraki Solutions show turnover of RON 6.5m and a net profit of RON 0.2m in 2025.

Facts: founded 2016 · Bucharest · 10–49 people · $50–99/h · minimum project $5,000 · Romanian, English.

My take: the right call when LinkedIn should be run by the same senior PPC team as your Google Ads. Best for: advertisers that want LinkedIn managed by the same PPC team as their search budgets. Not for: buyers who want a LinkedIn-only or ABM specialist.

4. Marketos

Small Timișoara growth agency with a LinkedIn lead-gen service for Romanian and DACH clients

Marketos Growth Agency is a Timișoara agency founded in 2019. Its LinkedIn Ads page covers strategy, dynamic ads and lead-generation campaigns with pre-filled forms, set-up and optimisation, and reporting on cost per lead. It says it has helped dozens of businesses with LinkedIn campaigns but publishes no LinkedIn-specific results – its case studies are SEO, web and Google. It serves clients in Germany, Austria and the UK remotely and shows Google, Meta, TikTok, HubSpot, Klaviyo and Shopify partner logos, but no LinkedIn Marketing Partner badge. Its website lists more than 11 specialists, while the filed accounts show 2 average employees in 2025, so expect much of the work to be done by freelancers or partners.

What clients say. I found no Clutch profile, so there are no usable reviews. Its named clients are the strongest signal – Continental, Dorna Medical, Clinica Luxor and Electroprecizia – together with filed accounts showing turnover of RON 1.6m and a net profit of RON 0.2m in 2025.

Facts: founded 2019 · Timișoara · Romanian, English.

My take: an option for a DACH or Romanian SME that wants a low-cost LinkedIn lead-generation set-up. Best for: DACH and Romanian SMEs that want a low-cost LinkedIn lead-generation set-up. Not for: larger B2B programmes – the filed accounts show 2 average employees.

5. Limitless Agency

Large independent Bucharest performance agency that lists LinkedIn Ads among its paid channels

Limitless Agency is a Bucharest performance agency whose company, LIMITLESS PPC AGENCY S.R.L., was registered in Prahova county in 2014. Its homepage lists LinkedIn Ads next to Google, Meta, TikTok, ChatGPT Ads and copywriting, but I did not find a dedicated LinkedIn page, so LinkedIn looks like a secondary line. It shows Google Partner, Meta Business Partner and TikTok Marketing Partner badges, but no LinkedIn Marketing Partner badge. Press reports put its 2024 turnover at about €6.4m, with around 500 clients and €40m of managed budgets – agency-reported figures – and say it plans to expand to the US and the UK. The filed 2025 accounts of this company show a lower turnover; the press figure may cover more than one company, and I could not reconcile the two. Press coverage names Daniel Slăvenie as CEO.

What clients say. I found no Clutch profile, so there are no usable reviews. The strongest signal is its size: the filed accounts show turnover of RON 18.8m, a net profit of RON 5.4m and 45 average employees in 2025. Romstal is named in press coverage as an SEO client.

Facts: founded 2014 · Bucharest · about 45 people · Romanian, English.

My take: worth a call when LinkedIn should be added to a large multi-channel performance account. Best for: larger advertisers that want LinkedIn added to a multi-channel performance account. Not for: B2B buyers who want a LinkedIn or ABM specialist – LinkedIn is a secondary line here.

Quality, specialisation and what LinkedIn ads agencies in Romania charge

Few LinkedIn ads agencies in Romania publish prices. Danco Vision 360 and Canopy show $50–99 an hour and a $5,000 minimum project on Clutch, and The Markers is listed at about $35 an hour with a $1,000 minimum on DesignRush; the others quote after a briefing. Budget for the media as well as the fee: LinkedIn clicks usually cost several times more than search or Meta clicks. Danco Vision recommends RON 15,000–50,000 a month in ad spend for a serious ABM programme and calls anything under RON 3,000 too low. In most cases the ad spend is billed by LinkedIn directly to your card or ad account, and the agency invoices only its fee. As a general observation, Romanian agency rates are among the lowest in the EU; prices are set in Romanian lei (RON), but invoices to foreign clients are often issued in euros.

The main choice is between a B2B specialist with ABM, Lead Gen Forms and CRM sync (Danco Vision 360), a lead-generation service next to Google Ads at modest rates (The Markers), a PPC-first team that runs LinkedIn with your search budget (Canopy), a small low-cost team for DACH and Romanian SMEs (Marketos) and a large multi-channel performance agency (Limitless Agency).

How to choose a LinkedIn ads agency in Romania

Choosing a LinkedIn ads agency in Romania starts with your sales process, not with the ad formats:

  • Lead Gen Forms and your CRM – LinkedIn’s Lead Gen Forms are pre-filled with profile data and usually convert better than a landing page, but the leads can be weaker. Ask how leads reach your CRM and how the agency measures lead quality, not only cost per lead. Danco Vision 360 syncs forms to HubSpot or Salesforce, and The Markers pushes them into a CRM.
  • ABM and Sales Navigator – account-based marketing means uploading a list of target companies and showing ads only to them. Sales Navigator is LinkedIn’s separate sales tool, not an ad product, but results are usually better when ads and sales outreach target the same accounts. Ask how the agency would work with your sales team.
  • Who owns the account – the Campaign Manager ad account, the Insight Tag, matched audiences and lead data should belong to your company page and your billing, with the agency given access. Put this in the contract.
  • Who you contract with – some Romanian agencies trade under a brand that differs from the company name (Canopy is run by Meraki Solutions SRL). Ask which company will invoice you.
  • Language and time zone – all five agencies list English, which is very common in Romanian agencies. Romania is on Eastern European Time (EET, UTC+2), one hour ahead of Berlin and two ahead of London.

Also check the paperwork when you hire a LinkedIn ads agency in Romania. Look up the CUI (the company’s tax ID) on the ANAF website, where the public financial statements are also available, and the J registration number in the ONRC trade register. Check the VAT number (RO followed by the CUI) in the EU’s VIES database. If your business is in another EU country and gives its own VAT number, the reverse charge usually applies and the agency’s invoice carries no Romanian VAT; for a business outside the EU, Romanian VAT is in most cases not charged on these services. Ad spend billed by LinkedIn itself follows LinkedIn’s own invoicing. Romanian suppliers now also issue invoices through the national e-Factura system; for a foreign client this usually changes little, but ask for a PDF copy. Confirm with your adviser – this is not legal or tax advice.

LinkedIn ads agencies in Romania: FAQ

The questions foreign companies ask most before hiring LinkedIn ads agencies in Romania.

Are any LinkedIn ads agencies in Romania confirmed LinkedIn Marketing Partners?

No, none of the LinkedIn ads agencies in Romania in this ranking shows a LinkedIn Marketing Partner badge that I could confirm. Danco Vision 360 shows an unnamed “Marketing Partner” badge; check any partner claim in LinkedIn’s own partner directory before you sign.

Do LinkedIn ads agencies in Romania work in English?

Yes, all five LinkedIn ads agencies in Romania in this ranking list English as well as Romanian, and Marketos already serves clients in Germany, Austria and the UK. Agree the reporting language and meeting times before you sign.

How much do LinkedIn ads agencies in Romania charge?

LinkedIn ads agencies in Romania mostly quote after a briefing. Danco Vision 360 and Canopy show $50–99 an hour and a $5,000 minimum on Clutch, and The Markers is listed at about $35 an hour on DesignRush. The ad budget is paid on top; Danco Vision suggests RON 15,000–50,000 a month for ABM.

Should I own the Campaign Manager account when I hire a LinkedIn ads agency in Romania?

Yes, you should own the Campaign Manager account when you hire a LinkedIn ads agency in Romania, together with the Insight Tag, the audiences and the lead data. Give the agency access rather than letting it run ads from its own account, so the history stays with you if you change agencies.

My verdict: which LinkedIn ads agency in Romania to hire

Choosing among LinkedIn ads agencies in Romania depends on how much of your pipeline LinkedIn has to carry. For an ABM programme with Lead Gen Forms synced to your CRM, hire Danco Vision 360. For LinkedIn lead generation next to Google Ads at a modest rate, hire The Markers. For LinkedIn run by the same PPC team as your search budget, hire Canopy. For a small, low-cost set-up for a DACH or Romanian SME, talk to Marketos.

Whichever LinkedIn ads agency in Romania you choose, agree the lead definition, the reporting, the minimum test budget and – above all – that the ad account and audiences are yours before work starts.
