Polish agencies run LinkedIn campaigns for software houses, SaaS companies and B2B manufacturers that sell across Europe, usually at lower management fees than in Germany or the UK, and the larger ones report to clients in English every day. This ranking is written for a company from the US, the UK, the Nordics or elsewhere in the EU that wants to hire one of the LinkedIn ads agencies in Poland – to reach Polish decision-makers or to have B2B campaigns for several markets run from Wrocław, Kraków or Poznań. I am Adrian Dąbrowiecki, an SEO consultant in Wrocław, and I write every ranking on this site myself. One disclosure first: Marketer Coffee is my own agency. I put it first and say so openly, so judge it by a free audit and references rather than by my opinion. I kept six companies, all registered and headquartered in Poland, each with LinkedIn Ads in its own service offer, and give each one’s KRS and NIP on its profile – my own agency is a sole proprietorship, so it has a NIP but no KRS entry.
LinkedIn ads agencies in Poland at a glance
If you only have a minute, these are the LinkedIn ads agencies in Poland I would shortlist as a foreign company, in the order I would contact them. Marketer Coffee, my own agency, comes first; the next three have a dedicated LinkedIn service page; the last two run LinkedIn next to SEO or a wider market-entry offer.
- Marketer Coffee – LinkedIn Ads for B2B and SaaS tied to CRM pipeline, in several foreign markets – my own agency.
- Harbingers – Owner-held Kraków agency with a LinkedIn Ads service for B2B, ABM and B2B e-commerce.
- Verseo – Large Poznań paid-media agency with a LinkedIn Ads service in its social-ads line.
- Greenfields – Wrocław marketing agency with a dedicated LinkedIn Ads service for B2B lead generation.
- Delante – SEO-first Kraków agency for international brands with a LinkedIn Ads service.
- MONSOON – Poznań market-entry agency that runs LinkedIn among other networks for brands entering Europe.

How I ranked the LinkedIn ads agencies in Poland
I ranked the LinkedIn ads agencies in Poland by how deep their LinkedIn work is first, fit for a foreign B2B client second and price third:
- Disclosure – Marketer Coffee is my own agency and sits first by my choice, not by the criteria below; everything about it is self-reported.
- LinkedIn depth – a service page that describes formats, targeting, tracking and process ranks above LinkedIn listed as one network among many. Harbingers, Verseo, Greenfields and Delante have such a page; MONSOON lists LinkedIn among its paid-social networks.
- B2B and ABM – account-based targeting, Lead Gen Forms synced to a CRM and measurement in leads or pipeline rather than clicks. Harbingers and Marketer Coffee describe ABM work; the others describe job-title and industry targeting.
- Partner status – none of the six shows a LinkedIn Marketing Partner badge, so this did not separate them. Badges for Google, Meta or Microsoft say nothing about LinkedIn.
- Reviews – Clutch and Google ratings where they exist. They cover each agency as a whole, not LinkedIn alone, and no agency here publishes LinkedIn case figures for a named client.
- Registration and ownership – KRS number, NIP and owners, read in the KRS or taken from my earlier, already checked rankings.
The list includes only firms registered and headquartered in Poland. I left out local offices of international networks such as WPP’s GroupM, Publicis and Dentsu, and Polish agencies owned by them. LinkedIn is usually one channel in a wider plan, so see also my rankings of Google Ads agencies in Poland and marketing agencies in Poland. Team sizes below are Clutch bands, the agencies’ own figures or, for Delante, its financial filing.
The 6 best LinkedIn ads agencies in Poland, reviewed
Every LinkedIn ads agency in Poland below gets the same treatment: who they are, what clients say, the facts that matter when you hire, and my opinion on who should – and should not – work with them.
1. Marketer Coffee
LinkedIn Ads for B2B and SaaS tied to CRM pipeline, in several foreign markets – my own agency
Marketer Coffee is my own agency, run from Wrocław, so read this entry with that in mind. Its LinkedIn Ads service is aimed at B2B and SaaS companies selling into the US, the UK and the EU, and it is measured in pipeline and revenue rather than clicks. Targeting covers job title, function, seniority, company size, industry and account-based (ABM) lists, with customers, competitors and students excluded; formats include Sponsored Content, Document Ads, Thought Leader Ads, Lead Gen Forms, Conversation and Message Ads and website conversion campaigns for demos and trials. Tracking runs through the Insight Tag and the LinkedIn Conversions API via server-side Google Tag Manager, leads sync to HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive, and MQL, SQL and closed-won stages are uploaded back as offline conversions. The work is sold in three tiers by monthly ad spend – Pilot (€4,000–10,000, one market), Pipeline (€10,000–40,000, one to three markets) and Enterprise (€40,000+) – with a recommended minimum of €4,000 a month in ad spend and management fees quoted after a free audit and 90-day plan. Contracts are monthly with 30 days’ notice, the Campaign Manager account stays with the client, and ad copy is written natively in eight languages. The page claims no LinkedIn Marketing Partner status. All of this is our own description of the service – self-reported, like every quality claim an agency makes about itself.
What clients say. On Google Marketer Coffee has 5.0/5 from 4 reviews. The Clutch profile is new and has no reviews yet. The LinkedIn page shows figures from a B2B client account – a 42% lower cost per lead and 38% of leads sales-qualified – labelled as an example, and the case studies on the agency’s site, for clients such as Landingi, Placester and IDG-Online, report SEO results rather than LinkedIn results, so ask for a free account audit and references before you sign.
Facts: founded 2022 · Wrocław · 2–9 people · $100–149/h · minimum project $1,000 · English, Polish.
My take: my own agency, so judge it by a free audit and references rather than my opinion – I put it first because LinkedIn Ads tied to CRM pipeline, run in several foreign markets and languages by one senior team on monthly terms, is what many readers of this page need. Best for: B2B and SaaS companies with deals worth at least €5,000–10,000 a year that want LinkedIn Ads, ABM lists and CRM-level reporting in several European markets, on monthly terms. Not for: buyers with ad budgets under about €4,000 a month, or who want a large team with a LinkedIn Marketing Partner badge.

2. Harbingers
Owner-held Kraków agency with a LinkedIn Ads service for B2B, ABM and B2B e-commerce
Harbingers is a Kraków agency for e-commerce and B2B brands that combines paid media, SEO and content, and LinkedIn Ads is a service of its own inside its paid-media unit. Its LinkedIn page covers Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Lead Gen Forms, text ads and dynamic ads, targeting by job title, seniority, industry, company size and named companies, and account-based campaigns aimed at company lists, C-level executives and directors. For online stores it describes funnels that send business buyers to the B2B section of a shop to open a company account. The four-step process runs from consultation and audience analysis to creative production, set-up and optimisation, and reporting with ad-variant tests. The page shows no LinkedIn partner status, no prices and no LinkedIn results. According to the KRS, three individuals hold all the shares, with no group above them.
What clients say. Clutch: 5.0/5 from 7 reviews. Seven reviews is a small sample, and they cover the agency in general; reviewers stress on-time delivery, flexibility and a good grasp of their industry. Client logos on its LinkedIn page, such as Castorama, Kärcher, Fischer and Empik, are not tied to LinkedIn work.
Facts: founded 2017 · Kraków · 50–249 people · Polish, English.
My take: my first call among the other agencies for a B2B company that wants account-based LinkedIn campaigns planned together with search and content by an independent team. Best for: B2B companies and B2B online stores that want account-based LinkedIn campaigns next to Google Ads, SEO and content. Not for: buyers who want a LinkedIn-only boutique, published prices or LinkedIn case studies.

3. Verseo
Large Poznań paid-media agency with a LinkedIn Ads service in its social-ads line
Verseo is a Poznań agency whose biggest team is paid media: its site counts more than 50 PPC specialists among 150+ staff, and it serves foreign clients under an English-language brand, verseoads.com. Its LinkedIn Ads page covers sponsored and conversation messages, Lead Gen Forms, Sponsored Content in image, document, video, event and carousel formats, dynamic ads and text ads, targeted by position, industry, company and skills. It offers help with ad creative, regular reporting, a dedicated contact person and LinkedIn planned together with the other paid channels. The page has a budget-based price section without figures and shows no LinkedIn partner status; its badges are for Google, Meta, Microsoft and TikTok, which I did not cross-check. It says up to 70% of sponsored messages are opened, without saying how that was measured, and publishes no LinkedIn case figures. The current company was registered in 2021; the brand dates from 2013.
What clients say. Clutch: 5.0/5 from 21 reviews. Google: 4.5/5 from 386 reviews – the largest Google review base in this ranking. Clutch reviewers say results met or beat expectations and value that the team looks across channels; the reviews cover the agency as a whole rather than LinkedIn alone.
Facts: founded 2013 · Poznań · 150+ people · $50–99/h · minimum project $1,000 · English, Polish.
My take: a safe choice for a company that wants LinkedIn run by a large paid-media team together with Google and Meta, less so for complex ABM. Best for: companies that want LinkedIn run by a big paid-media team alongside Google, Meta and Microsoft Ads. Not for: B2B buyers who want senior ABM strategy or a LinkedIn specialist.

4. Greenfields
Wrocław marketing agency with a dedicated LinkedIn Ads service for B2B lead generation
Greenfields is a Wrocław marketing agency with a dedicated LinkedIn Ads campaign service aimed at B2B sales and at reaching decision-makers. Its English service page lists text, image, carousel, video, job, dynamic, conversation and event ads plus Lead Gen Forms, targeting by industry, education and profession, and an eight-stage process that runs from audience analysis and Insight Tag installation to optimisation and reporting. It publishes no prices, no LinkedIn results and no LinkedIn partner badge. Client logos on the page appear to include Betafence, Lyko and Sente. The registered company is a limited partnership (sp.k.) entered in the KRS in 2022; the site does not say when the brand started, and the KRS extract does not show the partners’ names.
What clients say. I found no usable reviews on Clutch or Google. The detailed LinkedIn service page and its step-by-step process are the strongest signal, so ask for LinkedIn references before you sign.
Facts: Wrocław · Polish, English.
My take: worth a call for a Polish SME or mid-size B2B firm that wants a straightforward LinkedIn lead-generation set-up – ask for references first. Best for: Polish SMEs and mid-size B2B firms that want a straightforward LinkedIn lead-generation set-up. Not for: international ABM programmes or buyers who want published LinkedIn results.

5. Delante
SEO-first Kraków agency for international brands with a LinkedIn Ads service
Delante is a Kraków agency that runs SEO and paid media for brands entering foreign markets, with offices in New York, London and the UAE. Its LinkedIn Ads page covers sponsored posts, video, Lead Gen Forms, text ads and dynamic ads, targeted by job title, industry, company size and experience. Its FAQ says effective campaigns can run on PLN 3,000–5,000 a month and that full optimisation usually takes two to three months. It mentions no ABM work, shows no LinkedIn partner badge and publishes no LinkedIn results; SEO is its main pillar, which is why it ranks in the lower half. Plan Holding sp. z o.o. owns 83.9% of the company and the board president, Mateusz Calik, 10%; its 2025 revenue was about PLN 22.9m (BizRaport, from the financial filing). The team size above is from that filing; Clutch lists 50–249.
What clients say. Clutch: 4.9/5 from 161 reviews – the largest Clutch review base in this ranking, although most reviews cover SEO rather than LinkedIn. Reviewers praise clear communication, knowledge of international markets and steady traffic and sales growth.
Facts: founded 2014 · Kraków · 22 people · $50–99/h · minimum project $1,000 · English, Polish.
My take: a sensible add-on when you already work with Delante on SEO or Google Ads abroad and want LinkedIn from the same team. Best for: companies selling abroad that want LinkedIn next to SEO and Google Ads from one English-speaking team. Not for: B2B buyers who want ABM programmes or LinkedIn case studies.

6. MONSOON
Poznań market-entry agency that runs LinkedIn among other networks for brands entering Europe
MONSOON runs market entry and paid media for international brands expanding into Germany and other European markets, from offices in Poznań and Berlin. LinkedIn is one of the networks in its paid-social offer, next to Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit and X, with Google and Bing search ads and localised copy. Its LinkedIn evidence is thinner than the others’: LinkedIn appears in its list of networks, one Clutch review mentions LinkedIn ads, and a German trade list on magier.com credits it with LinkedIn market-entry campaigns for MedTech, FinTech and e-commerce brands. It shows no LinkedIn partner badge and publishes no prices. Clutch lists Berlin as its headquarters, but its imprint and the KRS show a Polish company seated in Poznań.
What clients say. Clutch: 4.9/5 from 53 reviews. Clients praise multilingual campaign management, proactive communication and measurable results across several markets; names on its Clutch profile include Trade Republic, Wikimedia Foundation, Kingston Technology and MONIN. The reviews cover its paid media in general, not LinkedIn alone.
Facts: founded 2019 · Poznań · 10–49 people · $50–99/h · minimum project $5,000 · English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish.
My take: the agency I would brief when LinkedIn is one channel in a multi-language launch into Germany or other EU markets, not the whole plan. Best for: international brands that want LinkedIn as part of a multi-language market-entry campaign in Germany and other EU markets. Not for: Polish-market B2B lead generation or buyers who want a LinkedIn specialist.

Quality, specialisation and what LinkedIn ads agencies in Poland charge
LinkedIn ads agencies in Poland publish very little about their LinkedIn fees. Where they show a rate on Clutch, it is $50–99 an hour for Verseo, Delante and MONSOON, with minimum projects of $1,000, or $5,000 at MONSOON; Marketer Coffee lists $100–149 an hour. Only two give LinkedIn budget guidance: Delante’s FAQ says campaigns can work on PLN 3,000–5,000 a month, and Marketer Coffee recommends at least €4,000 a month in ad spend, with tiers up to €40,000 and more, and quotes its fee after a free audit. Verseo has a budget-based price section for LinkedIn but shows no amounts. In practice, agencies charge a flat monthly management fee, a percentage of ad spend or a mix, and the ad budget is paid on top, usually straight to LinkedIn. LinkedIn clicks cost much more than on Meta – Marketer Coffee’s page puts them at €6–15 in its own client accounts – so a small budget buys few leads to learn from.
On specialisation: Marketer Coffee ties LinkedIn to CRM pipeline in several foreign markets, Harbingers runs account-based B2B campaigns next to search and content, Verseo puts LinkedIn into a large paid-media team, Greenfields sells a straightforward lead-generation set-up, Delante adds LinkedIn to international SEO and Google Ads, and MONSOON uses LinkedIn inside multi-language market-entry campaigns.
How to choose a LinkedIn ads agency in Poland
Choosing a LinkedIn ads agency in Poland starts with your deal size and with what happens to a lead after the form is filled in:
- Deal size and budget – LinkedIn usually pays off when a customer is worth thousands of euros a year. Agree a monthly ad budget large enough to test two or three audiences before you judge the channel.
- Who owns the account – the Campaign Manager account, the Insight Tag, matched audiences and Lead Gen Form data should belong to your company, with the agency given access. Put this in the contract.
- Lead quality, not cost per lead – ask how leads reach your CRM, how often the agency reviews lead quality with your sales team, and whether it reports cost per sales-qualified lead or pipeline rather than clicks.
- ABM – if you sell to a list of named accounts, ask whether the agency builds and refreshes company lists and how it measures account engagement; not every agency here does this.
- Markets and language – ads for Germany or France should be written by native speakers. MONSOON works in six languages and Marketer Coffee in eight; most others work in Polish and English.
- Partner claims – none of these agencies shows a LinkedIn Marketing Partner badge. If one tells you otherwise, check it in LinkedIn’s partner directory.
Also check the paperwork when you hire a LinkedIn ads agency in Poland. Look up the company in the national court register (KRS) at ekrs.ms.gov.pl, check its NIP on the Ministry of Finance White List, and check its EU VAT number (PL followed by the NIP) in the EU’s VIES database. If your business is in another EU country and gives its own VAT number, the reverse charge usually applies and the agency’s invoice carries no Polish VAT; for a business outside the EU, Polish VAT is in most cases not charged on these services. Ad spend billed by LinkedIn follows LinkedIn’s own invoicing. Confirm with your adviser – this is not legal or tax advice. Poland is on Central European Time (CET), and invoices are in PLN or, for many foreign clients, EUR.
LinkedIn ads agencies in Poland: FAQ
The questions foreign companies ask most before hiring LinkedIn ads agencies in Poland.
Do LinkedIn ads agencies in Poland work in English?
Yes, all six LinkedIn ads agencies in Poland in this ranking list English. MONSOON also works in German, Spanish, French and Italian, and Marketer Coffee writes ad copy in eight languages, so agree the language of the ads and of the reporting before you sign.
Are any of these LinkedIn ads agencies in Poland official LinkedIn Marketing Partners?
No, none of the LinkedIn ads agencies in Poland in this ranking shows a LinkedIn Marketing Partner badge on its site. Some show Google, Meta or Microsoft badges, but those say nothing about LinkedIn work.
How much budget do LinkedIn ads agencies in Poland expect?
LinkedIn ads agencies in Poland rarely publish a minimum. Delante says campaigns can work on PLN 3,000–5,000 a month, and Marketer Coffee recommends at least €4,000 a month in ad spend; the others quote after a briefing. The agency fee comes on top of the ad budget.
Should I own the Campaign Manager account when I hire a LinkedIn ads agency in Poland?
Yes, you should own the Campaign Manager account when you hire a LinkedIn ads agency in Poland, together with the Insight Tag, your matched audiences and the lead data. Give the agency access rather than letting it run ads from its own account, so the history stays with you if you switch.
My verdict: which LinkedIn ads agency in Poland to hire
Choosing among LinkedIn ads agencies in Poland depends on your deal size and markets. For LinkedIn tied to CRM pipeline in several foreign markets on monthly terms, my first choice is Marketer Coffee – my own agency, so judge it by a free audit and references. For account-based B2B campaigns planned with search and content, hire Harbingers. For LinkedIn run by a large paid-media team, hire Verseo. For a simple lead-generation set-up for a Polish B2B firm, talk to Greenfields. If you already work with Delante on SEO abroad, add LinkedIn there, and if LinkedIn is one channel in a European launch, brief MONSOON.
Whichever LinkedIn ads agency in Poland you choose, agree how lead quality will be judged, the minimum term and – above all – that the Campaign Manager account, the Insight Tag and the lead data are yours before work starts.
