LinkedIn is the one ad platform where you can target buyers by job title, seniority, company and industry, which is why B2B companies use it for lead generation and account-based marketing despite its high click prices. This ranking is written for a company from the US, the UK, the Nordics or elsewhere in the EU that wants to hire one of the LinkedIn ads agencies in Germany to reach German, Austrian and Swiss decision-makers. I am Adrian Dąbrowiecki, an SEO consultant in Wrocław, and I write every ranking on this site myself. I kept five agencies, all registered in the German commercial register (Handelsregister) and headquartered in Germany. Their register numbers, VAT IDs and managing directors come from their Impressum, the legal notice every German business site must carry.
LinkedIn ads agencies in Germany at a glance
If you only have a minute, these are the LinkedIn ads agencies in Germany I would shortlist as a foreign B2B company, in the order I would contact them. Be aware of one thing first: none of them is a LinkedIn specialist in the strict sense, and none shows a LinkedIn Marketing Partner badge – they are performance, search or social agencies that run LinkedIn as one channel.
- adseed – Leipzig performance agency with a dedicated LinkedIn Ads service.
- morefire – Cologne B2B agency running LinkedIn inside a HubSpot-backed lead-generation setup.
- eMinded – Owner-run Munich agency that pairs LinkedIn ads with deep SEA for B2B and tech.
- famefact – Berlin social-first agency running paid and organic LinkedIn next to Meta and TikTok.
- Bloofusion – Search veteran with a LinkedIn Certified Marketing Insider badge.

How I ranked the LinkedIn ads agencies in Germany
I ranked the LinkedIn ads agencies in Germany by LinkedIn depth first, B2B fit second and transparency third:
- LinkedIn depth – a dedicated LinkedIn service with ad formats, targeting, lead generation and reporting, rather than LinkedIn as one item on a list. Only adseed has a LinkedIn Ads page that describes the work in detail; morefire, eMinded, famefact and Bloofusion list LinkedIn among their social or B2B services.
- Partner status – LinkedIn runs a Marketing Partner programme for agencies and technology companies. None of the five agencies shows a LinkedIn Marketing Partner badge, so partner status did not separate them. adseed and Bloofusion cite LinkedIn certifications, which are earned by individual staff and say less than partner status.
- B2B fit – lead generation tied to a CRM and marketing automation, as at morefire, or LinkedIn planned together with search, as at eMinded and adseed.
- Track record – named clients and years on the market. None of the five publishes LinkedIn-specific results, so I could not rank on outcomes.
- Reviews – none of these agencies has a review base I could check for its LinkedIn work. Where there are no usable reviews I say so and name the strongest other signal.
The ranking includes only firms registered and headquartered in Germany; I left out local offices of international networks such as WPP, Publicis and Dentsu and German agencies they own. A few agencies whose LinkedIn service page I could not read, or whose contracting company I could not identify with certainty, were left out. If you also need search ads, see my ranking of Google Ads agencies in Germany; for a broader partner, see my list of marketing agencies in Germany.
The 5 best LinkedIn ads agencies in Germany, reviewed
Every LinkedIn ads agency in Germany below gets the same treatment: who they are, what clients say, the facts that matter when you hire, and my opinion on who should – and should not – work with them.
1. adseed
Leipzig performance agency with a dedicated LinkedIn Ads service
adseed is an independent Leipzig performance agency working since 2007 across Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn ads and affiliate marketing; it calls itself a small business with more than 100 clients. Its LinkedIn Ads page is the most detailed among the agencies in this ranking: strategy, campaign structure, Message Ads, Dynamic Ads and Lead Ads, targeting by industry, job title and company size, Matched Audiences, ongoing optimisation and monthly reporting. It says every client gets one personal contact and that it can call on LinkedIn account representatives for support. The page cites the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Fundamentals and LinkedIn Marketing Strategy certifications – these are certifications for individuals, not LinkedIn Marketing Partner status. Its homepage shows a Google Premium Partner badge, which I did not cross-check. It publishes no LinkedIn results and no prices, and it offers a free social-ads analysis.
What clients say. I found no usable reviews. Client logos on its LinkedIn page – AEG, mdr and Royal Caribbean – and the depth of its LinkedIn service description are the strongest signal, though the logos are self-reported.
Facts: founded 2007 · Leipzig · German.
My take: my first call for an SME or mid-size B2B advertiser that wants LinkedIn lead ads run by a small, hands-on team next to its search campaigns. Best for: SMEs and mid-size B2B advertisers that want LinkedIn lead ads run next to search by a small team. Not for: enterprise ABM programmes or buyers who need English-language service.

2. morefire
Cologne B2B agency running LinkedIn inside a HubSpot-backed lead-generation setup
morefire is a Cologne online-marketing agency for B2B and e-commerce companies with more than 120 staff at two locations. It covers SEO, SEA, paid and organic social on Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, content, analytics and CRO. Its B2B practice targets complex products and long sales cycles and is paired with lead generation and marketing automation – which matters on LinkedIn, where a lead is only worth what happens to it in your CRM. It shows HubSpot Diamond, Google Premier Partner, Microsoft Advertising Elite and Meta Business Partner badges, which I did not cross-check. There is no LinkedIn partner badge and no separate LinkedIn Ads page: LinkedIn is listed under its social media marketing service. The firm traces back to rankingCHECK GmbH, founded in 2005, and took its present form in a 2017 merger. A German “best LinkedIn Ads agencies” list by magier.com includes it, but that list is published by another agency, so I used it only as a lead.
What clients say. I found no usable reviews. Client names such as Orthomol, Hörmann, Vaillant, wolfcraft and Bosch, together with its HubSpot Diamond badge, are the strongest signal.
Facts: founded 2005 · Cologne · 120+ people · German, English.
My take: the pick for a German B2B company that wants LinkedIn campaigns feeding HubSpot lead nurturing, from a large team that also runs its search. Best for: B2B companies that want LinkedIn campaigns tied to HubSpot lead nurturing and search. Not for: buyers who want a dedicated LinkedIn ads specialist.

3. eMinded
Owner-run Munich agency that pairs LinkedIn ads with deep SEA for B2B and tech
eMinded is an owner-managed Munich online-marketing agency whose B2B and tech clients include MTU, ARRI and BMW Motorrad. It runs LinkedIn ads alongside Meta, TikTok and Reddit, with SEA – Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube – SEO and digital PR in the same team, and it ran worldwide social campaigns for ARRI. For B2B buyers it combines LinkedIn with search-intent data rather than selling LinkedIn as a stand-alone channel. I saw no LinkedIn partner badge on its site, and SEA remains its deepest service. A minimum fee of about €1,000 a month appears only in a comparison article by DREIKON, a competing agency, which attributes it to Agenturtipp.de, so confirm it.
What clients say. I found no usable reviews. Named clients such as Stadtsparkasse München, MTU, BMW Motorrad and ARRI are the strongest signal.
Facts: Munich · German.
My take: my pick for a B2B or tech company in Bavaria that wants LinkedIn and Google Ads planned together by one owner-run team. Best for: B2B and industrial brands that want LinkedIn ads coordinated with Google Ads and SEO. Not for: buyers who want a pure LinkedIn or ABM boutique, or who do not work in German.

4. famefact
Berlin social-first agency running paid and organic LinkedIn next to Meta and TikTok
famefact is a Berlin social media agency founded in 2009 that runs paid and organic social on Meta, TikTok, Reddit and LinkedIn, plus community management and social search. It claims more than 300 clients. Organic community and content lead its messaging, so LinkedIn ads are one part of a broader social mandate rather than a B2B lead-generation practice, and I saw no LinkedIn partner badge. The company behind the brand is track by track GmbH, managed by Tobias Sander. Clutch lists $100–149 an hour and a $5,000 minimum.
What clients say. Its Clutch profile has no reviews yet, so there are no usable reviews. Clients such as CASIO, REWE, Vattenfall, autohero, flatexDEGIRO and Immobilien Scout are the strongest signal.
Facts: founded 2009 · Berlin · $100–149/h · minimum project $5,000 · German.
My take: a good fit when your company page, organic LinkedIn content and paid LinkedIn campaigns should come from one social team. Best for: brands that want paid and organic LinkedIn from one social-first team. Not for: performance-only B2B lead-generation programmes.

5. Bloofusion
Search veteran with a LinkedIn Certified Marketing Insider badge
Bloofusion, from Emsdetten and Münster, has more than 20 years in online marketing and is best known for SEA and SEO. It also runs social ads and shows Meta Business Partner, LinkedIn Certified Marketing Insider and Pinterest Certified Media Buyer badges, which I did not cross-check in the platforms’ directories. LinkedIn Certified Marketing Insider is a LinkedIn certification for individuals, not LinkedIn Marketing Partner status. LinkedIn is a secondary line next to search, so Bloofusion ranks last here.
What clients say. I found no review figures I could check for its LinkedIn work. Its long track record and clients such as ImmoScout24, Bayer, toom, Remondis and Dortmund Airport are the strongest signal.
Facts: Emsdetten · German.
My take: a solid choice for a search-led advertiser that wants to add LinkedIn ads with a long-established, analytics-strong German team. Best for: search-led advertisers adding LinkedIn ads with a long-established German team. Not for: B2B buyers who want LinkedIn or ABM as the core service.

Quality, specialisation and what LinkedIn ads agencies in Germany charge
LinkedIn ads agencies in Germany rarely publish prices. famefact shows $100–149 an hour and a $5,000 minimum project on Clutch; a minimum fee of about €1,000 a month for eMinded appears only in a competitor’s article, so confirm it; adseed, morefire and Bloofusion quote after a briefing. Budget for the media as well as the fee: LinkedIn clicks usually cost several times more than search or Meta clicks, so a test that is too small rarely brings enough leads to judge. In most cases the ad spend is billed by LinkedIn directly to your card or ad account, and the agency invoices only its fee, in EUR.
On specialisation: adseed has the most detailed LinkedIn service, morefire ties LinkedIn to HubSpot and lead nurturing, eMinded pairs LinkedIn with deep SEA for B2B and tech, famefact runs paid and organic LinkedIn from a social-first team, and Bloofusion adds LinkedIn to senior search work. If you want a LinkedIn-only boutique with LinkedIn Marketing Partner status, you will not find it in this list – ask any agency for LinkedIn cases from your sector before you sign.
How to choose a LinkedIn ads agency in Germany
Choosing a LinkedIn ads agency in Germany starts with your sales process, not with the ad formats:
- Lead Gen Forms or your website – LinkedIn’s Lead Gen Forms are pre-filled with profile data and usually convert better than a landing page, but the leads can be weaker. Ask how leads reach your CRM and how the agency measures lead quality, not only cost per lead.
- ABM and target lists – account-based marketing means uploading a list of target companies and showing ads only to them. If you upload contact lists for Matched Audiences, that is processing of personal data, so agree the legal basis and a data processing agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag, AVV) with the agency.
- Consent for tracking – the LinkedIn Insight Tag sets cookies and sends data to LinkedIn. In Germany, non-essential tracking usually needs the visitor’s prior consent under the TDDDG (formerly TTDSG) and the GDPR (DSGVO), so the tag should fire only after consent in your cookie banner. Ask how the agency handles this – fewer consented visitors also means smaller retargeting audiences. This is not legal advice.
- Who owns the account – the Campaign Manager ad account, the Insight Tag, the audiences and the lead data should belong to your company page and your billing, with the agency given access. Put it in the contract.
- Language – ad copy for German decision-makers should be written by native speakers. Four of the five agencies here present themselves in German only; morefire lists English. Agree the reporting language before you sign.
Also check the paperwork when you hire a LinkedIn ads agency in Germany. The Impressum gives the register court and number (HRB for a GmbH), which you can confirm on handelsregister.de, and the VAT ID (USt-IdNr, DE followed by nine digits), which you can check in the EU’s VIES database. If your business is in another EU country and gives its own VAT number, the reverse charge usually applies and the invoice carries no German VAT; for a business outside the EU, German VAT is in most cases not charged on these services. Ad spend billed by LinkedIn follows LinkedIn’s own invoicing. Confirm with your adviser – this is not legal or tax advice. Germany is on Central European Time (CET) and invoices in EUR. For comparison, see my list of LinkedIn ads agencies in Poland, where agency rates are usually lower.
LinkedIn ads agencies in Germany: FAQ
The questions foreign companies ask most before hiring LinkedIn ads agencies in Germany.
Are any LinkedIn ads agencies in Germany in this ranking LinkedIn Marketing Partners?
No, none of the LinkedIn ads agencies in Germany in this ranking shows a LinkedIn Marketing Partner badge. adseed cites LinkedIn certifications and Bloofusion a LinkedIn Certified Marketing Insider badge, both of which are earned by individuals. Check any partner claim in LinkedIn’s own partner directory before you sign.
Do LinkedIn ads agencies in Germany work in English?
No, most LinkedIn ads agencies in Germany in this ranking work mainly in German: four of the five present themselves in German only, and morefire lists English. Agree the reporting language in writing before you sign.
How much do LinkedIn ads agencies in Germany charge?
LinkedIn ads agencies in Germany in this ranking mostly quote after a briefing. famefact shows $100–149 an hour and a $5,000 minimum on Clutch, and a minimum of about €1,000 a month quoted for eMinded comes from a competitor’s article. The LinkedIn ad budget is always paid on top.
Do I need cookie consent for the LinkedIn Insight Tag in Germany?
Yes, in most cases you need cookie consent for the LinkedIn Insight Tag in Germany, because it sets non-essential cookies and sends visitor data to LinkedIn. Ask your agency to fire the tag only after consent and confirm the set-up with your data-protection adviser – this is not legal advice.
My verdict: which LinkedIn ads agency in Germany to hire
Choosing among LinkedIn ads agencies in Germany depends on how central LinkedIn is to your sales. For the most detailed LinkedIn service and a small hands-on team, hire adseed. For LinkedIn feeding HubSpot lead nurturing, hire morefire. For LinkedIn planned with Google Ads for B2B and tech, hire eMinded. For paid and organic LinkedIn from one social team, talk to famefact; to add LinkedIn to senior search work, talk to Bloofusion.
Whichever LinkedIn ads agency in Germany you choose, agree the lead definition, the minimum test budget, consent-based tracking and – above all – that the ad account and audiences are yours before work starts.
