Ads in ChatGPT are the newest paid channel in Europe. According to OpenAI (August 2026), ChatGPT ads went live on 24 August 2026 in 31 European markets – the 27 EU countries plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland – so in Germany the channel is only a few months old. This ranking is written for a company from the US, the UK, the Nordics or elsewhere in the EU that wants to hire one of the ChatGPT ads agencies in Germany to test the channel with German-speaking users. I am Adrian Dąbrowiecki, an SEO consultant in Wrocław, and I write every ranking on this site myself. I kept four agencies, all registered in the German commercial register (Handelsregister) and headquartered in Germany, and each with a ChatGPT ads service page that I read. Their register numbers, VAT IDs and managing directors come from their Impressum, the legal notice every German business site must carry.
ChatGPT ads agencies in Germany at a glance
If you only have a minute, these are the ChatGPT ads agencies in Germany I would shortlist as a foreign advertiser, in the order I would contact them. Keep in mind that every one of them has at most a few months of experience with the channel, and none publishes ChatGPT results yet.
- morefire – Cologne B2B and e-commerce agency that says it already books ChatGPT ads through a programmatic partner.
- adseed – Leipzig performance agency with a separate GEA unit for ChatGPT ads.
- DREIKON – Münster performance agency offering ChatGPT ads management on monthly terms.
- Loyamo – Munich performance agency selling ChatGPT ads as an add-on to SEO, SEA and GEO.

What ChatGPT ads are and how new the channel is for ChatGPT ads agencies in Germany
ChatGPT ads agencies in Germany work with a product that did not exist in Europe until late summer 2026. OpenAI sells the format as ChatGPT Ads and runs a self-serve OpenAI Ads Manager at ads.openai.com. The timeline, as reported by OpenAI and Reuters:
- United States – ads started in the US earlier in 2026, with self-serve buying from May 2026.
- Europe – OpenAI announced the European launch on 18 August 2026, and ads went live on 24 August 2026 in 31 markets. Ads are shown only to users of the Free and Go plans, and personalised ads were initially switched off in the EEA and Switzerland. Self-serve buying in the EEA and Switzerland opened around 4 September 2026.
- Further markets – according to Reuters (October 2026), OpenAI added 26 countries on 21 October 2026, bringing ChatGPT ads to 89 markets, and says it has more than 100,000 advertisers.
So no agency in Germany can show a long track record: in practice, ChatGPT ads agencies in Germany have had about eleven weeks of live campaigns in Germany at most. Treat any “experience” claim with that in mind, and expect the product, the formats and the targeting options to keep changing.
How I ranked the ChatGPT ads agencies in Germany
I ranked the ChatGPT ads agencies in Germany by how concrete their ChatGPT offer is, their wider paid-media depth and transparency:
- A real ChatGPT ads service – I included only agencies with a ChatGPT ads service page that I read, and I did not count generic “AI SEO” or GEO offers, which are organic work, not ads. A few agencies whose ChatGPT ads page I could not read were left out.
- Concrete offer – live campaigns (morefire says it already runs them via a programmatic partner), tracking with the OpenAI pixel (adseed), a defined process and terms (DREIKON) or a clear fit with search work (Loyamo).
- Paid-media depth – ChatGPT ads are bought on intent and context, so an agency that already runs Google and Microsoft Ads well has the most relevant skills.
- Transparency – published terms, budgets and honest claims. No agency here claims an OpenAI partnership, and none publishes ChatGPT results.
- Reviews – there are no reviews of ChatGPT ads work anywhere yet, so I name the strongest other signal for each agency.
One source needs a warning. DREIKON, one of the agencies in this ranking, publishes its own “top agency” articles in which it ranks itself first; I did not use them as evidence. The ranking includes only firms registered and headquartered in Germany; I left out local offices of international networks such as WPP, Publicis and Dentsu and German agencies they own. For the channel most of these agencies come from, see my ranking of Google Ads agencies in Germany; for a broader partner, see my list of marketing agencies in Germany.
The 4 best ChatGPT ads agencies in Germany, reviewed
Every ChatGPT ads agency in Germany below gets the same treatment: who they are, what clients say, the facts that matter when you hire, and my opinion on who should – and should not – work with them.
1. morefire
Cologne B2B and e-commerce agency that says it already books ChatGPT ads through a programmatic partner
morefire is a Cologne online-marketing agency for B2B and e-commerce companies with more than 120 staff, covering SEO, SEA, paid social, content, analytics and CRO. Its ChatGPT Ads page says the format has been available in Germany since 24 August 2026 and that morefire already runs campaigns for DACH and international audiences through programmatic booking paths, via a programmatic agency partner it does not name, so clients need no OpenAI account of their own. It handles strategy, budgeting, bidding, creatives and reporting, with cost-per-click billing on daily budgets agreed in a first consultation. It claims no OpenAI partnership and publishes no ChatGPT results yet. It says it has 235 active clients and shows HubSpot Diamond, Google Premier Partner, Microsoft Advertising Elite and Meta Business Partner badges, which I did not cross-check.
What clients say. I found no usable reviews – and no agency has ChatGPT ads reviews yet. Testimonials from Orthomol, Hörmann, Vaillant, wolfcraft and Bosch and the size of its team are the strongest signal.
Facts: founded 2005 · Cologne · 120+ people · German, English.
My take: my first call if you want to test ChatGPT ads now without opening your own OpenAI Ads Manager account – but ask who the programmatic partner is and who owns the data. Best for: mid-size B2B and e-commerce advertisers that want to test ChatGPT ads without their own OpenAI account. Not for: advertisers who want their own Ads Manager account and full control from day one.

2. adseed
Leipzig performance agency with a separate GEA unit for ChatGPT ads
adseed is an independent Leipzig performance agency working since 2007 across Google, Microsoft, YouTube, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and LinkedIn ads and affiliate marketing. It has put ChatGPT ads into a separate GEA (generative engine advertising) section, whose ChatGPT Ads page covers strategy, campaign structure, budgets and flight dates, country and audience targeting, creatives, the OpenAI pixel and conversion tracking, and how the channel compares with Google and Microsoft Ads. It suggests starting with a controlled test against agreed KPIs and offers a free potential analysis. It does not claim live campaigns, early access or an OpenAI partnership, and it publishes no prices. Its homepage shows Google Premium Partner and Microsoft badges, which I did not cross-check.
What clients say. I found no usable reviews. Client logos such as Zoo Royal, Senec, mdr, Royal Caribbean and WWF and the technical detail of its ChatGPT Ads page are the strongest signal.
Facts: founded 2007 · Leipzig · German.
My take: the pick for a search advertiser that wants a careful, properly tracked ChatGPT ads test run by a small team next to its Google and Microsoft budgets. Best for: advertisers that want ChatGPT ads tested next to existing Google and Microsoft budgets. Not for: brands that want proven ChatGPT case studies or English-language account management.

3. DREIKON
Münster performance agency offering ChatGPT ads management on monthly terms
DREIKON is a Münster online-marketing agency running Google Ads, Meta ads, programmatic and SEO/GEO for German Mittelstand firms. Its ChatGPT Ads page offers campaign management including tracking set-up in five stages: suitability analysis, message and intent strategy, creative and offer logic, tracking, and go-live. It recommends an ad budget of €1,500 or more a month and works without a fixed term, cancellable monthly; its agency fee is not published. It calls itself one of the first agencies to offer ChatGPT ads, which nobody can check yet, and it shows no ChatGPT case of its own – it quotes OpenAI’s figures instead. Its site shows a Google Premier Partner 2025 badge, which I did not cross-check. One disclosure: DREIKON publishes its own “top agency” articles in which it ranks itself first; I did not use them as evidence for this ranking.
What clients say. I found no usable reviews. Client logos such as Remmers, Dunlop, Stadtwerke Münster, STIEBEL ELTRON and Rapunzel Naturkost are the strongest signal.
Facts: Münster · German, English, Dutch.
My take: a sensible choice for a Mittelstand firm that already runs Google Ads and wants a monthly-cancellable ChatGPT ads pilot with a clear process. Best for: German Mittelstand advertisers that want a monthly-cancellable ChatGPT ads pilot. Not for: advertisers who want published ChatGPT results before committing.

4. Loyamo
Munich performance agency selling ChatGPT ads as an add-on to SEO, SEA and GEO
Loyamo is a Munich performance-marketing agency working since 2016 across SEO, SEA, CRO, analytics, affiliate and social ads. Its ChatGPT Ads page says the format has been available in Germany since 24 August 2026 and offers a non-binding potential check, strategy and set-up based on “context hints” rather than keywords, campaign set-up with tracking, ongoing management and reporting of impressions, clicks and conversions. It presents ChatGPT ads as an add-on to SEO, SEA and GEO work and says they suit companies that already have tracking and fitting landing pages. It offers to help with “the first campaigns” but does not claim live ones or an OpenAI partnership. Its site shows Google Partner and Stape badges, and no prices are published.
What clients say. I found no usable reviews. Clients named on its site – C&A, SIXT and AutoScout24 – are the strongest signal.
Facts: founded 2016 · Munich · German, English.
My take: a good fit for a mid-size advertiser that wants ChatGPT ads planned together with its search and GEO work by one Munich team. Best for: mid-size advertisers that want ChatGPT ads planned together with search and GEO. Not for: buyers who want documented ChatGPT results – none are published yet.

Quality, specialisation and what ChatGPT ads agencies in Germany charge
ChatGPT ads agencies in Germany do not publish agency fees for the channel yet. DREIKON recommends an ad budget of at least €1,500 a month and works on monthly-cancellable terms; morefire bills the media on a cost-per-click basis with daily budgets agreed in a first consultation; adseed and Loyamo quote after a free check. Expect the agency fee on top of the media budget, and keep the first test small and time-boxed with agreed KPIs, as adseed suggests – nobody can yet tell you what a lead from ChatGPT costs in Germany.
On specialisation: morefire is the only one that says it already runs campaigns, through a programmatic partner rather than your own account; adseed has the most technical page, with pixel and conversion tracking; DREIKON offers a defined five-stage process on monthly terms; and Loyamo sells ChatGPT ads as an add-on to SEO, SEA and GEO. All four are search or performance agencies – there is no ChatGPT-only specialist in Germany that I could find.
How to choose a ChatGPT ads agency in Germany
Choosing a ChatGPT ads agency in Germany starts with a clear test plan, because the channel is too new for anyone to promise results:
- Your account or theirs – self-serve buying through OpenAI Ads Manager is available in Germany, so you can usually have the account opened in your company’s name, with the agency given access. If an agency books through a programmatic partner instead, as morefire does, ask who the partner is, what it charges and whether you get the raw data.
- Consent for tracking – a conversion pixel such as OpenAI’s sets or reads data in the visitor’s browser, which in Germany usually needs prior consent under the TDDDG (formerly TTDSG) and the GDPR (DSGVO). Ask how the agency adds the pixel to your consent banner and signs a data processing agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag, AVV) where needed. This is not legal advice.
- Limited targeting – with personalised ads initially off in the EEA, targeting relies on the context of the conversation rather than on user profiles, and ads reach only Free and Go users. Ask the agency how it chooses topics and contexts.
- Test design – agree a fixed test period, a budget, KPIs and a comparison with your Google Ads results before you start.
- Language – adseed presents itself in German only; morefire and Loyamo list English, and DREIKON English and Dutch.
Also check the paperwork when you hire a ChatGPT ads agency in Germany. The Impressum gives the register court and number (HRB for a GmbH, HRA for a partnership such as a GmbH & Co. KG), which you can confirm on handelsregister.de, and the VAT ID (USt-IdNr, DE followed by nine digits), which you can check in the EU’s VIES database. If your business is in another EU country and gives its own VAT number, the reverse charge usually applies and the invoice carries no German VAT; for a business outside the EU, German VAT is in most cases not charged on these services. Media bought directly from OpenAI follows OpenAI’s own invoicing. Confirm with your adviser – this is not legal or tax advice. Germany is on Central European Time (CET) and invoices in EUR. For comparison, see my list of ChatGPT ads agencies in Poland, where agency rates are usually lower.
ChatGPT ads agencies in Germany: FAQ
The questions foreign companies ask most before hiring ChatGPT ads agencies in Germany.
Are ChatGPT ads available in Germany?
Yes, ChatGPT ads are available in Germany: according to OpenAI, they went live on 24 August 2026 in 31 European markets including Germany, and self-serve buying in the EEA opened around 4 September 2026. Ads are shown only to users of the Free and Go plans.
Do ChatGPT ads agencies in Germany have a track record?
No, ChatGPT ads agencies in Germany cannot have a long track record, because the channel has been live there only since late August 2026. None of the four agencies in this ranking publishes ChatGPT results or claims an OpenAI partnership.
How much do ChatGPT ads agencies in Germany charge?
ChatGPT ads agencies in Germany in this ranking do not publish their fees for the channel. DREIKON recommends at least €1,500 a month in ad budget on monthly-cancellable terms, and morefire bills the media by cost per click; the agency fee comes on top.
Do I need cookie consent for ChatGPT ads tracking in Germany?
Yes, in most cases you need cookie consent for ChatGPT ads tracking in Germany, because a conversion pixel reads or stores data in the visitor’s browser. Ask your agency to fire it only after consent and confirm the set-up with your data-protection adviser – this is not legal advice.
My verdict: which ChatGPT ads agency in Germany to hire
Choosing among ChatGPT ads agencies in Germany is choosing a test partner, not a proven specialist. To start now without your own OpenAI account, talk to morefire. For a carefully tracked test next to your search budgets, hire adseed. For a defined process on monthly terms, hire DREIKON. To plan ChatGPT ads together with SEO, SEA and GEO, talk to Loyamo.
Whichever ChatGPT ads agency in Germany you choose, keep the first test small and time-boxed, agree consent-based tracking and – above all – make sure the ad account and its data are yours before work starts.
