ChatGPT Ads, sold through OpenAI’s Ads Manager (ads.openai.com), is the newest paid channel there is, and the US got it first. OpenAI began with a US pilot in February 2026 and opened its self-serve Ads Manager to all US businesses in May 2026; ads are shown only to users of the Free and Go plans. Europe followed on 24 August 2026, and on 21 October 2026 OpenAI added 26 more countries, bringing the total to 89 markets and, according to OpenAI / Reuters (Oct 2026), more than 100,000 advertisers. This ranking is written for a company from the EU, the UK, the Nordics or Asia that wants to hire one of the ChatGPT ads agencies in the US to test the channel on American users. Be clear about one thing first: no agency has more than a few months of experience with ChatGPT ads, and none can show a long track record. I am Adrian, an SEO consultant in Wrocław, and I research and write every ranking on this site myself. I kept 3 agencies, all headquartered in the US.
ChatGPT ads agencies in the US at a glance
If you only have a minute, these are the ChatGPT ads agencies in the US I would shortlist as a foreign company, in the order I would contact them. Each is reviewed below, with its legal entity data on its company profile where I could find it.
- WebFX – Large full-service agency with a priced ChatGPT ads management service.
- Proven ROI – Austin agency selling ChatGPT ads as a managed pilot with CRM revenue tracking.
- Single Grain – Los Angeles growth agency with dedicated ChatGPT ads service pages.

How I ranked the ChatGPT ads agencies in the US
I ranked the ChatGPT ads agencies in the US on what can actually be checked in a channel this young – quality first, fit for a foreign client second and price third:
- A real, public offer – only agencies with a service page that offers to manage ads in ChatGPT made the list. Organic “AI search” or GEO services do not count, because they are not advertising.
- How concrete the offer is – published fees, a stated test budget, a pilot length and a plan for measuring revenue rank higher than a generic landing page.
- Paid media track record – because nobody has a ChatGPT ads track record yet, I looked at the agency’s wider paid search record and its Clutch reviews. Those reviews are about other services, and I say so on each profile.
- Claims I could not check – I saw no OpenAI partner badge I could verify. Proven ROI’s “early access partner” label is its own claim, and “best ChatGPT ads agency” lists published by agencies or their own sites do not count as independent evidence.
- Registration – every agency is headquartered in the US. For WebFX the entity data come from the business-entity record on its Clutch profile, which cites the Pennsylvania register; for Proven ROI and Single Grain I found no legal entity and left those fields open. I did not check the state registers myself.
I left out US offices of foreign agencies and agencies owned by holding-company networks, and a few agencies whose headquarters or website I could not confirm were also left out. Agencies that sell ChatGPT ads next to other channels also appear in my ranking of marketing agencies in the US.
The 3 best ChatGPT ads agencies in the US, reviewed
Every ChatGPT ads agency in the US below gets the same treatment: who they are, what clients say, the facts that matter when you hire, and my opinion on who should – and should not – work with them.
1. WebFX
Large full-service agency with a priced ChatGPT ads management service
WebFX is a large Harrisburg, Pennsylvania digital agency, and its ChatGPT advertising page offers ChatGPT ad management – strategy, set-up and measurement – run by its paid media team in OpenAI’s Ads Manager. It adds programmatic retargeting through its own AdTechFX and revenue attribution through RevenueCloudFX, and it says it has been testing ChatGPT ads for clients as an early adopter. It is one of the few agencies that publishes ChatGPT ads pricing, but the page contradicts itself: the FAQ says management starts at $3,000 a month, while the tier table includes ChatGPT in a Pro tier at $975 a month or 15% of ad spend (for $5,000–30,000 of monthly spend) and an Enterprise tier at $4,500 a month or 12%. It recommends at least $5,000 a month of ad spend. I saw no OpenAI partner badge and no ChatGPT case studies. Clutch’s business-entity record shows the name only as “WebFX”, without a suffix, and a 2018 formation date against a brand founded in 1995, so the entity type is unconfirmed.
What clients say. Clutch: 4.9/5 from 454 reviews, the most reviews in this ranking – but they cover its SEO, PPC and other work, not ChatGPT ads, which are too new to have reviews. Most reviewers praise communication, timeliness and industry knowledge. The main criticisms are content quality and brand voice, account-manager turnover and, in one review, missed deadlines. A “best ChatGPT ad agencies” list on Nutshell ranks WebFX first, but Nutshell is owned by WebFX, so I did not count it.
Facts: founded 1995 · Harrisburg, Pennsylvania · 250–999 people · English.
My take: the most predictable way to start: a large paid media team, published fee tiers and revenue tracking – as long as you get the fee confirmed in writing. Best for: US mid-market companies that want ChatGPT ads tested with published fees and CRM revenue attribution. Not for: tests below about $5,000 a month of ad spend, and brands that want a bespoke senior-only team.

2. Proven ROI
Austin agency selling ChatGPT ads as a managed pilot with CRM revenue tracking
Proven ROI is a marketing agency in Austin, Texas, whose ChatGPT Ads service page offers to design, launch and measure paid campaigns that appear inside ChatGPT conversations for B2B and consumer brands. It sells the channel as a 60–90 day pilot and recommends starting at around $10,000 a month of media spend; its management fee is not published. It says it tracks ChatGPT ad spend through to closed revenue in the CRM. It calls itself an “early access ChatGPT Ads partner”, which I could not verify – the partners OpenAI has named publicly are networks and ad-tech platforms. Its site gives an office at 98 San Jacinto Blvd in Austin but no legal entity, and I could not confirm the entity, the state of incorporation or the founding year, so the legal data on its profile stay open.
What clients say. I found no usable reviews. The strongest signal is how concrete its offer is: a fixed pilot length, a stated media budget and revenue tracking in the CRM, which is what you need to judge a new channel. The BBB seal in its footer I did not check.
Facts: Austin, Texas · English.
My take: my pick for a structured pilot when you already track revenue in a CRM and can fund a serious test budget. Best for: B2B and consumer brands with CRM-based attribution that want a structured, revenue-tracked ChatGPT ads pilot. Not for: small businesses below about $10,000 a month of media budget, and buyers who need a verified legal entity before they talk.

3. Single Grain
Los Angeles growth agency with dedicated ChatGPT ads service pages
Single Grain is a Los Angeles digital growth agency – Clutch lists 40% SEO, 30% PPC, 20% CRO and 10% strategy – whose paid work spans Google, Amazon and Spotify ads. Its ChatGPT ads agency page for Los Angeles offers strategy, creative, optimisation and analytics for campaigns in ChatGPT; it has similar pages for other US cities and for sectors such as professional and financial services, which look like templated landing pages, and I read only the Los Angeles one. The page shows no ChatGPT results, no early-access claim and no ChatGPT pricing. Single Grain also publishes its own lists of the best ChatGPT ads agencies, which I did not use. I found no legal entity on its site or on Clutch.
What clients say. Clutch: 4.8/5 from 12 reviews for its SEO and paid work, not for ChatGPT ads. Reviewers rate quality, timeliness and communication highly and praise specialist knowledge and AI tooling. Some suggest more planning time and more strategic innovation.
Facts: founded 2009 · Los Angeles · 10–49 people · minimum project $10,000 · English.
My take: a reasonable choice for a venture-backed company that wants ChatGPT ads run as one more growth experiment next to SEO and paid search. Best for: venture-backed tech, start-ups and professional-services firms that want ChatGPT ads tested by a growth-experiment agency. Not for: buyers who need ChatGPT case studies or published ChatGPT pricing before they commit.

Quality, specialisation and what ChatGPT ads agencies in the US charge
Pricing among ChatGPT ads agencies in the US is still settling. WebFX is the only one that publishes fees, and its own page is inconsistent: the FAQ says management starts at $3,000 a month, while the tier table puts ChatGPT in a Pro tier at $975 a month or 15% of ad spend and an Enterprise tier at $4,500 a month or 12%, with at least $5,000 a month of ad spend recommended. Proven ROI does not publish its fee but recommends a 60–90 day pilot at around $10,000 a month of media spend. Single Grain shows no ChatGPT pricing; its general minimum project on Clutch is $10,000. The ad budget itself is paid to OpenAI on top of the agency’s fee. Ask for a written quote that states the fee model, the minimum term and what set-up and tracking cost. For the more established search channel, see my ranking of Google Ads agencies in the US.
The choice is really between a large full-service agency with published tiers and revenue attribution (WebFX), a pilot-led offer built around CRM revenue tracking (Proven ROI) and a growth agency that treats ChatGPT ads as one more experiment (Single Grain). None of them is a pure ChatGPT ads specialist – that is not yet possible.
How to choose a ChatGPT ads agency in the US
Choosing a ChatGPT ads agency in the US means choosing a partner for a test, not for a proven channel:
- Ask what they have really run – self-serve ads only opened to all US businesses in May 2026, so ask how many live ChatGPT campaigns the agency has managed, for which sectors and with what results, and treat any answer without figures as a promise.
- Agree the test up front – a budget, a fixed length (Proven ROI suggests 60–90 days), the metric that decides success and the point at which you stop.
- Measure revenue, not clicks – ChatGPT ads reach only Free and Go users, and the channel has no long benchmarks, so connect it to your CRM or analytics before the first ad runs.
- Who owns the account – the Ads Manager account, the billing and the conversion data should be in your company’s name, with the agency given access. Put this in the contract.
- Do you need a US agency at all – ChatGPT ads have run in Europe since 24 August 2026, with personalised ads initially switched off in the EEA and Switzerland, so a US agency makes most sense when the US market is your target. From Europe, a Pennsylvania or Texas agency overlaps your afternoon; a California agency starts work as your day ends.
Also check the paperwork when you hire a ChatGPT ads agency in the US. Take the legal name from the contract and look it up in the free Secretary of State business search of the state where it was formed – this matters here, because I could not find a legal entity for two of the three agencies. Private US companies publish no accounts, so ask for client references instead. The US has no VAT, and state sales tax rarely applies to B2B services sold to a company abroad, so expect invoices in US dollars and a contract governed by the law of a US state; an EU business may still need to account for VAT at home under the reverse charge. This is not legal or tax advice.
ChatGPT ads agencies in the US: FAQ
The questions foreign companies ask most before hiring ChatGPT ads agencies in the US.
Do ChatGPT ads agencies in the US have proven results?
No, ChatGPT ads agencies in the US cannot show proven, long-term results yet. The US pilot started in February 2026 and self-serve ads opened in May 2026, so experience is measured in months, and none of the three agencies here publishes ChatGPT case studies with figures.
How much do ChatGPT ads agencies in the US charge?
ChatGPT ads agencies in the US charge anything from $975 a month or 15% of ad spend to $4,500 a month or 12% in WebFX’s published tiers, though its FAQ says management starts at $3,000 a month. Proven ROI recommends a pilot at around $10,000 a month of media spend, and the ad budget is always paid on top.
Are ChatGPT ads available outside the US?
Yes, ChatGPT ads are available outside the US. OpenAI launched them in 31 European markets on 24 August 2026 and expanded to 89 markets on 21 October 2026, according to OpenAI / Reuters (Oct 2026). The US was first, which is why US agencies have the most experience – a few months.
Should I own the ChatGPT ads account when I hire a ChatGPT ads agency in the US?
Yes, you should own the ChatGPT ads account when you hire a ChatGPT ads agency in the US, together with the billing and the conversion data. Give the agency access to your Ads Manager account so the history stays with you if you change agencies.
My verdict: which ChatGPT ads agency in the US to hire
Hiring one of the ChatGPT ads agencies in the US is a bet on a new channel, so pick the agency that makes the test easiest to judge. For published fee tiers and revenue attribution from a large team, hire WebFX – and get the fee confirmed in writing, given its inconsistent page. For a structured, revenue-tracked pilot with a serious budget, talk to Proven ROI. For ChatGPT ads as one experiment inside a wider growth programme, talk to Single Grain.
Whichever ChatGPT ads agency in the US you choose, keep the Ads Manager account and conversion data in your own name, agree the test budget, length and success metric before launch, and check the legal entity on the contract.
