ChatGPT Ads is the newest ad channel in Spain: OpenAI switched it on in Spain and 30 other European markets on 24 August 2026, so every agency’s experience is counted in weeks, not years. This ranking is written for a company from the US, the UK, the Nordics or elsewhere in the EU that wants to hire one of the ChatGPT ads agencies in Spain – to test ads in ChatGPT for Spanish users, or to have the channel run by a Spanish paid-media team next to search. I am Adrian Dąbrowiecki, an SEO consultant in Wrocław, and I write every ranking on this site myself. I kept only three agencies, all registered and headquartered in Spain, each with a ChatGPT Ads service I could read on its own site or in the trade press, with their NIF and Registro Mercantil details on their profiles where I could read them.

How I ranked the ChatGPT ads agencies in Spain

I ranked the ChatGPT ads agencies in Spain by how concrete their ChatGPT Ads service is first, fit for a foreign client second and price third. Because the channel is so new, none of them can show a long track record, and I weighed that honestly:

• The channel – according to OpenAI, ads in ChatGPT were announced for Europe on 18 August 2026 and went live on 24 August 2026 in 31 markets: the 27 EU countries plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. Ads are shown only to users of the Free and Go plans, and personalised ads were initially switched off in the EEA and Switzerland. At first, access in Spain ran through OpenAI’s own sales team, agencies and technology partners; the self-serve OpenAI Ads Manager (ads.openai.com) opened in Europe in early September – about 4 September 2026, according to Search Engine Roundtable. Reuters reported on 21 October 2026 that ads had been extended to 26 more countries, 89 markets in all, and that OpenAI says it has more than 100,000 advertisers.
• Service depth – a service page or press coverage that describes real campaign management: set-up, pixel and Conversions API tracking, testing, optimisation and reporting. Agencies that only described preparing for the channel, that said they had no cases yet, or that I could not match to a register, are not in the list.
• Experience – CrackPPC says it has more than ten clients live and Diurnay’s CEO says it has campaigns running; Elevam makes no such claim. These are the agencies’ own statements, and none has published ChatGPT Ads results I could check.
• Partner claims – none of the three claims to be an OpenAI partner.
• Reviews – none of the three has reviews I could use, so I name the strongest other signal for each.
• Registration – NIF and Registro Mercantil entry from each agency’s aviso legal. Diurnay’s legal notice gives only its company name and NIF.

One source needs a warning. The only Spanish list of “best ChatGPT Ads agencies” I found, published by MarketingDirecto in August 2026, was compiled by the CEO of Elevam, one of the agencies here, and ranks Elevam first, so I treat it as promotional rather than independent. The ranking includes only firms registered and headquartered in Spain; I left out local offices of international networks such as WPP’s GroupM, Publicis and Dentsu. Every ChatGPT ads agency in Spain below gets the same treatment: who they are, what clients say, the facts that matter when you hire, and my opinion on who should – and should not – work with them.

1. CrackPPC

Paid-media-only Burgos agency that says it has more than ten clients live on ChatGPT Ads

CrackPPC is a Burgos agency founded in 2021 that does only paid media and charges a flat monthly fee that does not rise with spend; it does not publish the amount. Its ChatGPT Ads page covers campaign objectives – clicks, reach and conversions – automated or manual bidding on CPC, CPM or CPA, geographic, device and customer-list targeting with optional context hints, and conversion tracking with the OpenAI pixel through Google Tag Manager and UTM tags in GA4. It says it has had more than ten clients active on ChatGPT Ads since the first day – its own claim – and it is open about the platform’s current limits, such as not showing which terms triggered an ad and offering only limited reporting. The page suggests planning for a cost per click of about €4. It publishes no ChatGPT Ads results and makes no OpenAI partner claim. The founding year and team size come from marketing4ecommerce.

What clients say. I found no usable reviews. Named clients – Lookiero, Logiscenter, RYOBI, Footdistrict, Outfittery and Callaghan – and the Google Ads Impact Award 2025 it says it won cover its paid media in general, not ChatGPT Ads.

2. Elevam

Reus SEO, GEO and paid-media agency with a dedicated AI-advertising unit

Elevam is an agency from Reus, near Tarragona, for SEO, GEO – visibility in AI answers – and paid media, whose “PPC IA” unit sells ChatGPT Ads alongside Copilot and Google AI ads. Its ChatGPT Ads service covers account and campaign set-up in OpenAI Ads Manager, contextual targeting, conversational ad copy, conversion tracking with the Conversions API and the OpenAI pixel, and reporting in its own Antropus platform, which shows paid and organic AI visibility side by side. It charges a monthly fee plus media, quoted per budget, and starts with an audit that the site calls free in places and a one-off paid audit in its pricing section. Its case figures, such as more than 500 leads from €11,000 of spend, do not say which channel they come from, and it makes no OpenAI partner claim. Its site names five people, and the registered company is Fullseo S.L.U. One disclosure matters: Elevam’s CEO, Asier López Ruiz, compiled the MarketingDirecto list of Spanish ChatGPT Ads agencies that ranks Elevam first, so I do not treat that list as independent.

What clients say. I found no usable reviews. Client logos on its site – Porsche, Continental, Decathlon and PwC – cover its agency work in general, not ChatGPT Ads.

3. Diurnay

Alicante acquisition agency whose CEO says it already runs ChatGPT Ads campaigns in Spain

Diurnay is an Alicante digital-marketing agency focused on strategy and customer acquisition, with experience in Google, Microsoft and Meta Ads; it also mentions an office in Miami. It offers ChatGPT Ads strategy and campaign management built on its own “Mapa de Contextos” method, in which consultants and paid-media specialists define the context hints for each product or service. Its CEO and co-founder, Víctor Juárez, told PuroMarketing on 3 September 2026 that it already had campaigns live in Spain and dozens of brands prepared under its supervision; these are the agency’s own claims, and it names no clients. The evidence is thinner than for the other two: it rests on that interview and a press release, and its legal notice gives the company name and NIF but no Registro Mercantil details.

What clients say. I found no usable reviews and no named clients, so the PuroMarketing interview is the only other signal.

Quality, specialisation and what ChatGPT ads agencies in Spain charge

None of the ChatGPT ads agencies in Spain in this ranking publishes a ChatGPT Ads fee. CrackPPC charges a flat monthly fee that does not rise with spend, Elevam a monthly fee plus media quoted per budget, and Diurnay quotes after a briefing. CrackPPC suggests planning for a cost per click of about €4, but nobody has enough data on the channel to promise what a lead or a sale will cost. The media budget is paid on top of the agency fee, usually straight to OpenAI. Ask for a fixed test period, a test budget and success criteria agreed in writing rather than a long contract. Invoices are in EUR.

On specialisation: CrackPPC runs ChatGPT Ads as a paid-media-only team next to Google, Meta and Microsoft, Elevam ties it to GEO and reports paid and organic AI visibility in one dashboard, and Diurnay builds campaigns on its own context-mapping method.

How to choose a ChatGPT ads agency in Spain

Choosing a ChatGPT ads agency in Spain as a foreign company is mostly about testing safely on a channel that nobody knows well yet:

• Experience claims – any agency’s experience is weeks or months at most. Ask which campaigns it has actually run, for which kind of client, with what budget and what result.
• Who owns the account – the OpenAI Ads Manager account, the payment method, the OpenAI pixel, the Conversions API set-up and all conversion data should belong to your company, with the agency given access. Put this in the contract.
• Measurement – personalised ads were initially off in the EEA, so ads are matched to the context of the conversation, and CrackPPC notes that reporting is still limited. Agree how conversions will be tracked and judged before the first euro is spent.
• Language – all three present themselves in Spanish only, and Elevam also in Catalan. If your team does not speak Spanish, agree the reporting language before you sign.
• Spain or Latin America – check in Ads Manager which Spanish-speaking markets are open to you before planning campaigns outside Spain.

Also check the paperwork when you hire a ChatGPT ads agency in Spain. The aviso legal on the agency’s site gives its NIF and usually its Registro Mercantil entry; you can order a register extract at registradores.org and check the EU VAT number (ES followed by the NIF) in the EU’s VIES database. If your business is in another EU country and gives its own VAT number, the reverse charge usually applies and the invoice carries no Spanish VAT; for a business outside the EU, Spanish VAT is in most cases not charged on these services.
