Best Meta Ads Agencies in Italy (2026): 6 Agencies Reviewed

Facebook and Instagram matter to most consumer brands selling in Italy, and Meta ads made for other markets usually need Italian copy and creative to work there. This ranking is written for a company from the US, the UK, Germany or the Nordics that wants to hire one of the Meta ads agencies in Italy – to reach Italian consumers on Facebook and Instagram, or to run multilingual paid social from an Italian team. I am Adrian, an SEO consultant in Wrocław, and I research and write every ranking on this site myself. I kept 6 agencies, all registered and headquartered in Italy. The list is short because Italy has few independent paid social specialists, so most agencies below run Meta as one channel next to Google Ads, creative or martech.

Meta ads agencies in Italy at a glance

If you only have a minute, these are the Meta ads agencies in Italy I would shortlist as a foreign client, in the order I would contact them. Each is reviewed below, with its registry data and filed accounts on its company profile.

  1. Midsummer Agency – Remote-first agency with a Meta Business Partner badge, running paid social for US and European e-commerce.
  2. Bitmetrica – Rome agency with a Meta Partner badge, running Meta Ads on the Conversions API and server-side tracking.
  3. Caffeina – Creative-tech agency from Parma with performance and awareness media on social.
  4. Digital Angels – Large Rome and Milan performance-media agency with a big paid social operation.
  5. Instilla – Milan performance and martech agency – Meta and Google Ads with in-house tracking software.

How I ranked the Meta ads agencies in Italy

I ranked the Meta ads agencies in Italy by quality first, fit for a foreign client second and price third:

  • Paid social depth – how much of the agency’s work is Meta and how it handles creative and tracking. Midsummer Agency and Bitmetrica run Meta as a core channel; Caffeina brings social creative; Digital Angels, Instilla and YET Agency run Meta next to other paid media.
  • Partner badges – Midsummer Agency shows a Meta Business Partner badge and Bitmetrica a Meta Partner badge on their sites. I did not cross-check them in Meta’s partner directory, and I did not check the other four.
  • Reviews – verified Clutch reviews where they exist. Midsummer Agency, Bitmetrica and YET Agency have reviews I could use; for the others I name the strongest other signal.
  • Fit for foreign clients – English and other languages, and experience with campaigns outside Italy.
  • Registration and ownership – every agency is registered in the Italian Registro delle Imprese and headquartered in Italy, its filed accounts are on its company profile, and I name holding companies where they are known.

I left out the Italian offices of foreign networks, such as the agencies of WPP, Publicis, Omnicom and Dentsu, and I dropped one Milan social agency because I could not confirm its legal entity in the Italian register. Case-study numbers below are the agencies’ own claims, and I quote them as such. Agencies that run social as part of a broader programme also appear in my ranking of marketing agencies in Italy.

The 6 best Meta ads agencies in Italy, reviewed

Every Meta ads agency in Italy below gets the same treatment: who they are, what clients say, the facts that matter when you hire, and my opinion on who should – and should not – work with them.

1. Midsummer Agency

Remote-first agency with a Meta Business Partner badge, running paid social for US and European e-commerce

Midsummer Agency is a remote-first performance agency based at the Open Campus in Cagliari, Sardinia, with its registered office in nearby Monastir. It runs Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn ads next to Google, Microsoft and Amazon, plus SEO, analytics and CRO, often for e-commerce brands in the US, the UK, the Nordics and Benelux. Its website is English-first and the team works in at least seven languages. It shows Meta Business Partner and Google Partner badges in its site footer, which I did not cross-check in the directories, plus Klaviyo and Shopify partner badges. The agency reports +36% average order value for Natural Heroes and more than 50% lower CPA for a B2B touchscreen provider. Prices are not published; Clutch shows a $5,000 minimum on its profile and $10,000 on one listing. It reported about €0.59 million of revenue for 2024, with a small loss.

What clients say. Clutch: 5.0/5 from 23 reviews, 19 of them verified. Reviewers mention proactivity, communication, on-time delivery and strong tracking work, with gains in ROAS and revenue; one wrote that it is “not cheap but they deliver”, and some would like more seasonal recommendations.

Facts: founded 2017 · Cagliari (Sardinia) · 10–19 people · $50–99/h · minimum project $5,000 · English, Italian, French, German, Dutch, Norwegian, Spanish.

My take: my first call for a foreign e-commerce brand that wants Meta and Google managed in English, in several languages, at Italian rates. Best for: US and European e-commerce brands that want English-speaking, multilingual Meta and Google management at Italian rates. Not for: buyers who need on-site meetings in Milan or Rome, or offline media.

2. Bitmetrica

Rome agency with a Meta Partner badge, running Meta Ads on the Conversions API and server-side tracking

Bitmetrica is a small Rome performance agency, founded in 2018, that runs Meta, Google and Amazon Ads, SEO and GEO, CRO and lead generation. Its speciality is tracking: it sets up the Meta Conversions API, server-side Google Tag Manager and GA4, so that Meta campaigns optimise on reliable conversion data. It shows a Meta Partner badge on its site, along with Google Premier Partner, Shopify and Stape badges, which I did not cross-check in the directories. Its ad-management minimum is €3,000 a month. The agency reports more than €20M of ad spend managed and a footwear e-commerce client reaching €7M of cumulative revenue in two years. It is a single-shareholder S.r.l. and reported about €0.30 million of revenue and €53,000 net profit for 2024. Its website is in Italian only.

What clients say. Clutch: 5.0/5 from 11 reviews, ten of them verified. Reviewers praise communication, transparency and technical depth in tracking and attribution, and report 20–25% lower cost per lead and better ROAS; suggestions include more structured onboarding and more frequent SEO reporting.

Facts: founded 2018 · Rome · 2–9 people · $50–99/h · minimum project $5,000 · Italian, English, Spanish, French.

My take: the best small team here when your Meta tracking has to be fixed before you scale the budget. Best for: e-commerce and lead-generation businesses that want Meta Ads with reliable server-side tracking from a small senior team. Not for: large multi-market brand campaigns that need a big team.

3. Caffeina

Creative-tech agency from Parma with performance and awareness media on social

Caffeina is a Parma-headquartered creative and digital agency, organised as an S.p.A. Società Benefit, with offices in Milan and Rome. It covers omnichannel campaigns, social creative and branded content, performance and awareness media, digital products and consumer research, and says it has about 220 staff. I did not check its Meta partner status. It reported €21.6 million of revenue and €0.59 million net profit for 2024. It is directed and coordinated by Ideas Never Sleep S.r.l., an Italian holding company whose shareholders I did not check.

What clients say. I found no usable reviews. The strongest signal is its client list, which includes Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Frecciarossa, Paramount+, Nutella, ActionAid and Garmont.

Facts: founded 2010 · Parma · 100–249 people · $150–199/h · minimum project $10,000 · Italian, English.

My take: the pick for a consumer brand that wants the social creative and the paid social media from one Italian team – at the highest published rate in this list. Best for: consumer brands that want social creative and paid social media from one Italian team. Not for: low-budget Meta management or pure performance buying.

4. Digital Angels

Large Rome and Milan performance-media agency with a big paid social operation

Digital Angels is a Rome performance and digital-marketing agency with a Milan office and its own media division, DAs Media, buying paid media on Meta, Google and programmatic. It reported €28.4 million of revenue for 2025 – a business-data provider shows 77.5% growth – and about €0.87 million net profit. I could not read its website, so this description relies on third-party sources, and I could not check its partner badges or prices; a 2026 trade article ranks it among the main Italian marketing agencies, and its recent work includes the Danish retail chain Normal.

What clients say. I found no usable reviews; the Clutch profile with the same name belongs to an unrelated Indian firm. The strongest signal is its rapid, profitable growth.

Facts: founded 2007 · Rome · 50–99 people · Italian.

My take: worth a call for a brand that wants a large paid-media team in Rome or Milan – but ask for Meta case studies, because little is public. Best for: brands that want a large performance-media team in Rome or Milan for paid media on Meta, Google and programmatic. Not for: buyers who want a small senior boutique.

5. Instilla

Milan performance and martech agency – Meta and Google Ads with in-house tracking software

Instilla is a Milan digital agency founded in 2015. It offers digital strategy, performance marketing on Meta and Google, martech built on its own software, headless and B2B e-commerce development, and AI agents. I did not check its Meta or Google partner badges, and it publishes no prices. It reported €3.2 million of revenue for 2025, with a net loss of €0.43 million.

What clients say. I found no Clutch profile and no usable reviews. The strongest signal is its client list, which includes Campari, Lidl, DHL, Nexi, Venchi, Corriere della Sera and Gruppo CAP.

Facts: founded 2015 · Milan · 20–49 people · Italian, English.

My take: a good fit when Meta campaigns have to sit on solid data, tracking and custom martech. Best for: brands that want performance marketing tightly linked to data, tracking and custom martech. Not for: buyers who need a creative or brand agency.

6. YET Agency

Young Milan-area paid-media team for Meta and Google Ads

YET Agency is a young performance agency in Pioltello, on the edge of Milan, incorporated in August 2024. Clutch describes its paid work as Google Ads and Meta, and it also offers SEO, email marketing and automation, and tracking and data visualisation, describing itself as the client’s “extended team”. I did not check its partner badges. Its case studies cover apparel and outdoor brands such as Filson and Baracuta. It reported about €0.31 million of revenue for 2025, its first full year.

What clients say. Clutch: 4.8/5 from 4 reviews. The sample is small; reviewers, including Selle Italia and NoFlyStore, call it proactive, timely, well organised and good value.

Facts: founded 2024 · Pioltello (Milan) · 2–5 people · $50–99/h · minimum project $1,000 · Italian, English.

My take: a value option for a small Meta budget – but it is less than three years old, so you are betting on a young team. Best for: small budgets that need a responsive paid-media and SEO team. Not for: buyers who need an agency with a long track record.

Quality, specialisation and what Meta ads agencies in Italy charge

Four Meta ads agencies in Italy in this ranking show a rate on Clutch: Caffeina lists $150–199 an hour with a $10,000 minimum project, Midsummer Agency and Bitmetrica $50–99 with a $5,000 minimum, and YET Agency $50–99 with a $1,000 minimum. Bitmetrica also states a minimum of €3,000 a month for ad management. Paid social in Italy is usually priced as a flat monthly fee, a percentage of ad spend or a mix, and creative production is often quoted separately – ask how many new creatives a month are included. The ad budget is paid on top, normally straight to Meta from your own ad account, and agency invoices are in euros. If cost matters most, see the same list for Poland, where rates are lower.

The main choice is between small performance teams that run Meta themselves (Midsummer Agency, Bitmetrica, YET Agency), a creative agency that also buys social media (Caffeina) and larger performance or martech agencies (Digital Angels, Instilla). With few specialists in the market, ask any agency who exactly will run your account and who makes the ads.

How to choose a Meta ads agency in Italy

Choosing a Meta ads agency in Italy comes down to creative, tracking and language:

  • Italian creative – ads need native Italian copy and visuals that fit Italian tastes. Ask who writes and designs them; Caffeina is the creative-led option here.
  • Tracking – ask how the agency sets up the Meta pixel and the Conversions API under European consent rules. Bitmetrica specialises in server-side tracking, and Instilla builds its own martech.
  • Who owns the account – the Meta Business Manager, the ad account, the pixel, the audiences and all conversion data should be set up under your own company, with the agency given partner access. If the agency leaves, your history and audiences stay with you. Put this in the contract.
  • Language – Midsummer Agency is English-first; Caffeina, Instilla and YET Agency work in English; Bitmetrica and Digital Angels present themselves mainly in Italian.

Also check the paperwork when you hire a Meta ads agency in Italy. Every Italian company must show its Partita IVA on its website: check it in the EU’s VIES database and in the Registro delle Imprese, where filed accounts (bilanci) are public. For services to a business in another EU country, the agency usually invoices without Italian VAT (IVA) under the reverse charge; for clients outside the EU, IVA generally does not apply, and Italy’s domestic e-invoicing system (SDI) does not stop a normal invoice to you. Ad spend billed by Meta itself follows Meta’s own invoicing. Italy works on Central European Time (CET, CEST in summer). This is not legal or tax advice.

Meta ads agencies in Italy: FAQ

The questions foreign companies ask most before hiring Meta ads agencies in Italy.

Are these Meta ads agencies in Italy verified Meta Business Partners?

No, I did not verify these Meta ads agencies in Italy in Meta’s partner directory. Midsummer Agency and Bitmetrica show a Meta partner badge on their sites; I did not check the badges of Caffeina, Digital Angels, Instilla or YET Agency. Check the directory before you sign.

Do Meta ads agencies in Italy work in English?

Yes, some Meta ads agencies in Italy work in English: Midsummer Agency is English-first and works in seven languages, and Caffeina, Instilla and YET Agency also work in English. Others default to Italian, so agree the reporting language before you sign.

How much do Meta ads agencies in Italy charge?

Meta ads agencies in Italy charge, where they show a rate on Clutch, from $50–99 to $150–199 an hour, with minimum projects from $1,000 to $10,000; Bitmetrica states €3,000 a month as its minimum for ad management. The ad budget is paid on top.

Should I own the Meta ad account when I hire a Meta ads agency in Italy?

Yes, you should own the Meta Business Manager and ad account when you hire a Meta ads agency in Italy, together with the pixel, the Conversions API set-up and your audiences. Give the agency partner access rather than letting it run your ads from its own account.

My verdict: which Meta ads agency in Italy to hire

Choosing among Meta ads agencies in Italy depends on what you need most. For English-speaking, multilingual e-commerce work, hire Midsummer Agency. For Meta ads built on server-side tracking, hire Bitmetrica. For Italian social creative with paid media, hire Caffeina. For a large paid-media team in Rome or Milan, talk to Digital Angels.
