Best Meta Ads Agencies in France (2026): 8 Agencies Reviewed

Most French performance agencies now sell Facebook and Instagram campaigns next to Google Ads, and a few, such as creator studios, are built around social. This ranking is written for a company from the US, the UK, another EU country or the Nordics that wants to hire one of the Meta ads agencies in France – to reach French consumers with French-language creative, or to run paid social for several markets from Paris. I kept 8 agencies, all registered and headquartered in France, and looked up each one’s SIREN, legal form and président in the French company register. Be aware that few of them are pure paid-social shops: most run Meta next to paid search.

Meta ads agencies in France at a glance

If you only have a minute, these are the Meta ads agencies in France I would shortlist as a foreign company, in the order I would contact them. Each is reviewed below, with its registry data on its company profile.

  2. Junto – Paris performance agency with Meta Business Partner and LinkedIn Marketing Partner badges and published prices.
  3. Neads – Social-first creative and paid-social agency with a large creator network.
  4. Ad’s up Consulting – Large Paris paid-media agency whose social team runs Meta and TikTok next to its Google Ads core.
  5. datashake – Paris and New York performance agency where paid social sits beside paid search.

How I ranked the Meta ads agencies in France

I ranked the Meta ads agencies in France by quality first, fit for a foreign client second and price third:

  • Paid-social focus – how central Meta is to the agency. Coudac, Junto and Neads put paid social at the core; for Ad’s up Consulting, datashake, JVWEB and Uplix it sits next to a larger search practice.
  • Partner badges – whether the agency shows a Meta Business Partner badge, or the older Facebook Marketing Partner badge. I read these on the agencies’ websites or in third-party articles and did not cross-check them in Meta’s partner directory.
  • Creative capacity – Meta results depend heavily on creative volume, so I looked at in-house video and creator production, as at Neads and Coudac.
  • Reviews – none of the eight has a Clutch profile I could find, and the Google ratings on two agencies’ homepages could not be verified, so there are no usable reviews. I name the strongest other signal for each agency instead. Case-study numbers are the agencies’ own figures.
  • Registration and ownership – SIREN, legal form, président and published accounts come from the official company data behind annuaire-entreprises.data.gouv.fr. Ad’s up Consulting and JVWEB belong to the same group, European Digital Group.

The list includes only firms registered and headquartered in France. I left out French offices of foreign networks and agencies that now belong to them – Keyade, for example, is part of GroupM. Agencies that sell paid social inside a broader programme also appear in my ranking of marketing agencies in France. Team sizes below are INSEE headcount bands for the French legal entity, which are often smaller than the agencies’ own figures.

The 8 best Meta ads agencies in France, reviewed

Every Meta ads agency in France below gets the same treatment: who they are, what clients say, the facts that matter when you hire, and my opinion on who should – and should not – work with them.

1. Coudac

E-commerce performance agency where Meta Ads and Google Ads are the two core channels

Coudac is an agency in Neuilly-sur-Seine, just outside Paris, founded in 2020 and focused on e-commerce. Meta Ads and Google Ads are its two core services, with ad creative, server-side tracking, Amazon Ads and TikTok Shop around them, and Salesdorado describes it as a Facebook Ads agency for e-commerce. I saw no Meta Business Partner badge on its homepage. It says it has 150 active clients, and the agency reports 69% more Meta-attributed revenue year on year in France for Gérard Darel. Its président and directeur général are both holding companies, SIMBA and SAIKO.

What clients say. I found no Clutch profile. Its homepage shows a 4.4 Google rating from 48 reviews, but that figure appears only on its own site and I could not verify it, so I do not rely on it. Its fashion and DTC clients – Eden Park, Aubade, PayFit, Wonderbox, Gérard Darel, Fursac and L’Oréal – are the stronger signal.

Facts: founded 2020 · Neuilly-sur-Seine (Paris) · 20–49 people · French, English.

My take: my first call for a DTC or fashion brand that wants Meta prospecting with steady creative testing and clean tracking. Best for: DTC and fashion brands that want Meta prospecting with creative testing and clean tracking. Not for: enterprise B2B account-based marketing and offline media.

2. Junto

Paris performance agency with Meta Business Partner and LinkedIn Marketing Partner badges and published prices

Junto is a Paris agency founded in 2016 that runs paid social on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and X alongside Google and Microsoft Ads, with in-house creative strategy and server-side tracking. Its about page shows Meta Business Partner and LinkedIn Marketing Partner badges, plus Google Partner Premier 2026, which I did not cross-check in the platforms’ directories; Salesdorado also describes it as a Facebook Ads premium partner. It publishes its prices: from €2,670 a month as a flat fee, a recommended minimum media budget of €2,000 a month and a four-month minimum term. Its président is a holding company, EA CAPITAL, and one offer on its site mentions delivery through Groupe Blueland, a link I could not clarify.

What clients say. I found no Clutch profile, so there are no usable reviews. Its named clients – Mirakl, BMW Motorrad, Carglass, Butagaz, OpenClassrooms, PwC and Pennylane – and its published prices are the signal.

Facts: founded 2016 · Paris · 20–49 people · French, English.

My take: the agency I would brief for a SaaS, B2B or scale-up company that wants Meta and LinkedIn ads at a fee it knows in advance. Best for: SaaS, B2B and scale-up companies that want Meta and LinkedIn ads with transparent pricing. Not for: creator and UGC content production at volume.

3. Neads

Social-first creative and paid-social agency with a large creator network

Neads is an agency in Boulogne-Billancourt, just outside Paris, that combines social content production, influencer marketing and paid social. It says it produces more than 5,000 videos a year with a network of more than 2,000 creators, is a certified TikTok Creative Partner (one of the first in France) and shows Meta business partner and YouTube Creative Partner logos on its homepage, which I did not cross-check. It reports more than 250 clients and more than €10m in media managed, and lists five Cas d’Or Social Media awards (2023) and a Social Media Agency of the Year title (2025). Paid social is one of its four services, so it is more content-led than a pure media buyer. The company was registered in 2011, under the former name E-VOLUTION; its président is a holding company, NH CONSULTING.

What clients say. I found no Clutch profile, so there are no usable reviews. Its consumer-brand client list – Monoprix, Nivea, GIFI, Kiabi, Yves Rocher, Nocibé, Allianz and TotalEnergies – and its awards are the signal.

Facts: founded 2011 · Boulogne-Billancourt (Paris) · 10–19 people · French, English.

My take: my pick for a consumer brand whose Meta and TikTok results depend on a steady flow of creator-style video. Best for: consumer brands whose Meta and TikTok results depend on a steady flow of creator-style video. Not for: search-led acquisition, and buyers who only need media buying without content.

4. Ad’s up Consulting

Large Paris paid-media agency whose social team runs Meta and TikTok next to its Google Ads core

Ad’s up Consulting is a Paris paid-media agency founded in 2012 whose social team runs Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest and Waze campaigns alongside its larger Google Ads practice. Its site footer shows Facebook Marketing Partner and TikTok Marketing Partner badges – Facebook Marketing Partner is the former name of Meta’s partner programme – which I did not cross-check in Meta’s directory. It says it has about 130 staff. The contracting company is PERFORMANCE CONSULTING SAS, whose président is MMP GROUP, and Ad’s up belongs to European Digital Group (EDG), the same group that controls JVWEB, also in this ranking.

What clients say. I found no Clutch profile, so there are no usable reviews. Its client list – L’Occitane, IKKS, Qobuz, Unibet and Shine – and filed 2024 turnover of about €28.0m for the French company are the signal.

Facts: founded 2012 · Paris · 100–199 people · French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic.

My take: a good choice for a brand that wants Meta and TikTok buying run by the same large team that runs its Google Ads. Best for: brands that want Meta and TikTok buying run by the same large team that runs their Google Ads. Not for: buyers who want a social-first creative studio.

5. datashake

Paris and New York performance agency where paid social sits beside paid search

datashake is a Paris performance agency founded in 2019 that runs paid social next to paid search, ads in generative-AI tools, SEO and GEO, an AI creative studio, and tracking and consent. It has a New York entity, datashake LLC, and says it has managed more than €500 million in media budgets. Salesdorado describes it as a Meta business partner that mainly runs Facebook Ads, but I could not confirm that on its own site or in Meta’s directory. Its président is a holding company, FOURTEEN, and it publishes no accounts.

What clients say. I found no Clutch profile, so there are no usable reviews. Its client list – Société Générale, Celio, Alan, SwissLife, EDF and Dermalogica – and its own New York office are the signal.

Facts: founded 2019 · Paris · 20–49 people · French, English.

My take: the agency I would brief for a foreign brand that wants Meta and search run by a bilingual Paris and New York team. Best for: French companies expanding abroad and foreign brands that want a bilingual Paris and New York team. Not for: offline or traditional media.

6. Origine

Orixa group agency with Meta Business Partner and TikTok badges and offices in eight French cities

Origine is the search and paid-media agency of the Paris group Orixa, founded in 2007 – orixa-media.com now redirects to it. Its paid media runs from Meta and TikTok to Google Search and TV, next to SEO and GEO, content and measurement, with offices in Paris, Lyon, Lille, Marseille, Bordeaux, Nantes, Rennes and Strasbourg. Its site shows Meta Business Partner, TikTok, Google Partner and Microsoft Ads badges, which I did not cross-check. SEO is a large share of its work, which is why it ranks below the social and performance specialists. The contracting company is ORIXA MEDIA SAS; I did not check Orixa’s own shareholders.

What clients say. I found no Clutch profile, so there are no usable reviews. Its client list – eBay, Mazda, Wall Street English, UNICEF, Sofinco, Sodexo and Malakoff Humanis – and filed 2024 turnover of about €11.6m are the signal.

Facts: founded 2007 · Paris · 50–99 people · French, English.

My take: a good fit for a multi-location advertiser that wants Meta and local campaigns run across French regions. Best for: multi-location and mid-to-large advertisers that want paid social and local campaigns with French regional coverage. Not for: buyers who want a pure paid-social boutique, and campaigns outside France.

7. JVWEB

Montpellier search-first agency with a social ads team for Meta, TikTok and Pinterest

JVWEB is a Montpellier performance agency founded in 2004 that runs social ads on Meta, TikTok and Pinterest alongside its core paid-search, Amazon and SEO work. Its strength is multi-language e-commerce – it says it runs campaigns in more than 40 countries with a team speaking eight languages – and paid social is a secondary practice. I did not check its Meta partner status. JVWEB is controlled through Groupe JVWEB by AD’S UP GROUP, the group behind Ad’s up Consulting, and publishes no accounts.

What clients say. I found no Clutch profile, so there are no usable reviews. Its fashion and retail client list is the signal: Petit Bateau, Monoprix, Nuxe, Aigle, Eric Bompard and Fursac.

Facts: founded 2004 · Montpellier · 20–49 people · French, English.

My take: worth a call for an online shop that already uses JVWEB for Google and wants Meta handled by the same team. Best for: e-commerce brands that already use JVWEB for Google and want Meta handled by the same team. Not for: brand-awareness or creative-led campaigns.

8. Uplix

Data-driven Paris search agency that also runs Meta and TikTok ads

Uplix is a Paris agency, set up in 2020, that runs paid social on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube and paid search on Google and Microsoft alongside SEO, tracking, dashboards and conversion optimisation. It won the Grand Prix at the Cas d’Or du Digital in the Search & AI category. Paid social is one of several services and SEO is the larger part of the business; I did not check its Meta partner status. Its président and directeur général are both holding companies, EV CAPITAL and DB CAPITAL.

What clients say. I found no Clutch profile. Its homepage shows a 5.0 Google rating from 51 reviews, but that figure appears only on its own site and I could not verify it, so I do not rely on it. Named clients such as Logitech, Galeries Lafayette, KPMG, Société Générale and MAAF are the stronger signal.

Facts: founded 2020 · Paris · 20–49 people · French.

My take: an option if you want Meta ads measured with the same analytical rigour as your search – but it is not a paid-social specialist. Best for: mid-market brands that want paid social and search run by one analytical team. Not for: multi-country media buying, and brands that need heavy creative production.

Quality, specialisation and what Meta ads agencies in France charge

Only one of the Meta ads agencies in France in this ranking publishes prices: Junto charges a flat monthly fee from €2,670, recommends a media budget of at least €2,000 a month and asks for a four-month minimum term. The others quote after a briefing. French paid-social agencies usually charge a flat monthly management fee, a percentage of ad spend, or a mix, and creative production – video, UGC, creator fees – is often billed separately. The ad budget is paid on top, usually straight to Meta. Ask what is included, how many new creatives you get each month, and whether creator content can be reused in your own ads. Invoices are in euros.

The main choice is between e-commerce performance agencies that put Meta at the core (Coudac, Junto), a social-first creative and creator agency (Neads), large search-led teams that also buy Meta (Ad’s up Consulting, datashake, JVWEB) and search agencies with a smaller social practice (Origine, Uplix).

How to choose a Meta ads agency in France

Choosing a Meta ads agency in France as a foreign company comes down to a few practical checks:

  • What a badge means – Meta Business Partner is Meta’s programme for vetted agencies (it replaced the Facebook Marketing Partners programme). A badge shows that Meta has accepted the agency, not that it will run your account well, so ask for case studies with spend levels similar to yours and check the agency in Meta’s partner directory.
  • Who owns the account – your ad account, Facebook page, Instagram account, pixel and Conversions API dataset should sit in your own Meta business portfolio (Business Manager), with the agency added as a partner. If the agency leaves, your audiences, history and conversion data stay with you. Put this in the contract.
  • Creative and language – French audiences respond to native French copy and French creators. Ask who writes and films the ads, how many variants are tested, and whether English reporting is available; Uplix presents itself in French only.
  • Tracking and consent – the French data-protection authority, CNIL, is known for enforcing cookie-consent rules, so ask how the agency sets up the pixel, the Conversions API and consent mode. Coudac, Junto and datashake all mention server-side tracking.
  • Paperwork – look up the SIREN on annuaire-entreprises.data.gouv.fr and the VAT number in the EU’s VIES database. A French agency invoicing a business in another EU country usually charges no French TVA under the reverse charge, and businesses outside the EU are in most cases also invoiced without French TVA; ad spend billed by Meta follows Meta’s own invoicing. This is not legal or tax advice. France is on Central European Time (CET).

If your budget is tighter, see the same list for Poland, where rates are lower.

Meta ads agencies in France: FAQ

The questions foreign companies ask most before hiring Meta ads agencies in France.

Do Meta ads agencies in France work in English?

Yes, most Meta ads agencies in France in this ranking list English as a working language, and datashake has its own New York office. Uplix presents itself in French only, so confirm the language of the account team before you sign.

Are the Meta Business Partner badges of these agencies verified?

No, I did not verify the Meta Business Partner badges of these agencies in Meta’s partner directory – I read them on the agencies’ websites or in third-party articles. Junto, Origine and Neads show Meta partner badges, and Ad’s up Consulting shows the older Facebook Marketing Partner badge. Check the current status before you sign.

How much do Meta ads agencies in France charge?

Meta ads agencies in France mostly charge a monthly fee or a share of ad spend that they quote after a briefing, plus your media budget and often creative production. Junto is the only one in this ranking that publishes prices, from €2,670 a month with a recommended media budget of at least €2,000 a month.

Should I own the Meta ad account when I hire a Meta ads agency in France?

Yes, you should own the Meta ad account when you hire a Meta ads agency in France, together with the pixel, the Conversions API dataset, your page and your Instagram account. Add the agency as a partner in your business portfolio rather than letting it run ads from its own account.

My verdict: which Meta ads agency in France to hire

Choosing among Meta ads agencies in France depends on your product and how much creative you need. For DTC and fashion with strong tracking, hire Coudac. For SaaS and B2B with a published fee, hire Junto. For creator-style video at volume, hire Neads. If you want Meta run by the same large team as your Google Ads, talk to Ad’s up Consulting, and for a bilingual Paris and New York team, datashake.

Whichever Meta ads agency in France you choose, agree the fee, the creative output per month, the reporting language and – above all – that the ad account, pixel and conversion data are yours before work starts.
